This professionally decorated condominium has sixteen hundred and thirty one square feet with an open floor plan. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with Gulf views and access to the patio, custom walk-in closet and a 32” LCD TV. The master bathroom has an over sized walk-in shower and separate sinks with granite counter tops. The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed with Gulf views and 26”LCD TV.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, raised panel maple cabinetry and granite counter tops which include a counter height bar. The kitchen also has a walk in pantry (Publix is less then a mile away) and adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a front-end load washer/dryer. The Grand Salon includes a dinning table that seats 6 and a living room that includes a 40” LCD HDTV and sleeper sofa with queen sized inflatable bed for additional guests. The two hundred twenty square foot terrace is outfitted with dark wicker furniture ideal for enjoying the spectacular views. This unit includes wall to wall tile, wireless Internet, cable TV, and ceiling fans throughout.

This was an amazing place to vacation with my two best friends!! The interactions with the owner and the accommodations are beyond five star - the views are spectacular. We felt fortunate to be able to stay there and soak in the sunshine and incredibly nice people in the complex. Everything is within walking distance - the pool blew us away - what a place to hang out and chat or read a book while lounging in the sun!! Every night and morning we sat on the veranda and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for making our girls' weekend fabulous!!

This condo is even more gorgeous than the photos (if possible). The views are just spectacular, the furnishings are fantastic, the layout perfect, and the owners are wonderful. We stayed with our 4-year and 6-month old. The owners provided a pack-n-play and high chair for the baby, as well as TONS of beach and pool toys and towels - saved us tons of packing and extra purchases. Everything was super-clean. The washer/dryer was sooo nice. The development was very nice, and the pool was empty. We could easily walk anwhere we wanted to go. A GREAT choice!!

Wow. Amazing views, decorated like a showroom, and plenty of TVs when we were too tired to go out. It was a beautiful and safe place to visit, and we plan to go back and spoil ourselves every year.
