Not much further than stone throwing distance from the original, lies this immaculate 5 bedroom estate.
As you would expect from a property of this caliber, the kitchen is absolutely fabulous. Boasting a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Gaggenan range and ovens, black granite counter tops, and just an overall layout even a top chef will appreciate. An outside lanai with built in seating, connects to the kitchen, and hosts a perfectly situated grill area where you can prepare your meal while watching one of our spectacular sunsets. The five bedrooms of the estate are spread throughout the property for plenty of space and privacy. The master suite is just stunning, sitting on the 3rd fl, with his and her walk in closets, private lanai, enormous bath that you just have to see for yourself. Also on the 3rd floor is a bedroom suited for the traveling business man with a large built in work area and full bath. Only one bedroom on the second floor makes for a great night sleep in this quite queen bed featuring a full bath as well. Of the 2 remaining bedrooms located on the 1st floor, one is a suite with a large lounge area with TV and a full bath with his and her vanities.
Now the real fun begins, as you walk past the billiards table, you will notice your personal oasis of a pool. With a shallow, sand bottom entrance children will be happy to wade in, the pool winds through, under a lanai an adjoins the sauna/bar room. Also downstairs you can watch TV or movies in the surround sound theater with super comfortable seating for 12.
With so much to do in the estate you might not even make the 1 minute walk to your private beach accessing a turquoise swimming hole, perfect for snorkeling. If your more adventurous, you can walk to the left along the rocks to an old private dock from which you can jump into the water or experienced surfers can paddle out here as well. |
