The perfect location for a family vacation - it is just steps to the beautiful white sandy beach and located directly across from the large heated community pool. You can sit on one of the three decks and see the water, the pool and the rest of the lovely neighborhood.
The first floor has a master suite with a king bed, private sun deck, full bath with a whirlpool tub and TV/DVD. The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath, large closet, and TV. The third bedroom has 2 sets of Twin bunks, a sleep sofa for 1 person, private bath and TV/DVD. There is also a set of twin bunks located in a bunk area off the main hall. Upstairs is an open, spacious great room with big comfy chairs and sofas, TV/DVD and stereo system plus wireless internet. There is a full functioning kitchen with seating for ten. Off of the upstairs living area is a covered deck overlooking the pool, as well as a large deck with seating for outdoor dining and a view of the water.
This house is conveniently located for bike rides and walks to nearby Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. There are many restaurants, shopping and water activities nearby. What a peaceful existence, please come and enjoy it!
