Inn Wine Country is one of the few vacations rentals within walking distance of the eight acre Sonoma Plaza park and surrounding restaurants, tasting rooms, shops and galleries, as well as events, the farmers market, historic sites, the petanque court at Depot Park, the bike path and Sonoma Overlook Trail. Fresh from the farm seasonal produce and gourmet products are available at local markets and the farmers market on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings. Unique vintages are just steps away at tasting rooms and wine shops. Even though Inn Wine Country is so close to the plaza, it is situated in its own private oasis across the creek from traffic and activity.

Dave and Pat Summers are long time residents of Sonoma Valley, one of the most beautiful places on earth to live and visit. Pat founded Summers-McCann Public Relations and has been involved in the food, wine, hospitality, and art industries for more than 25 years. She conceived and founded Sonoma Salute to the Arts, an event that set the standard for wine country events 25 years ago. She and her team and created the world famous Napa Valley Mustard Festival. Dave, now retired, supports many of Summers-McCann's endeavors. Dave and Pat are enjoying hosting guests in their own vacation rentals: Inn Wine County Executive/Vacation Retreat near Sonoma Plaza, Inn Wine Country Summers House in prestigious east side Sonoma three miles from Sonoma Plaza, and Inn Wine Country Cottage. They treasure spending time with their children and grandchildren in Sonoma and Toulouse, France.
