You feel as though you are stepping into another era when you walk through the door - except for for all the modern conveniences. Originally built in 1908, with soaring ceilings, beautiful moldings, original hardwood floors, this home is reminiscent of the past, while completely modern and appointed with new furnishings and appliances.
Located near the center of town on a quiet street in a lovely, friendly neighborhood. Walk to the coffee shop, grocery store, downtown area!

This home was recently renovated with all new paint, appliances, hardware, etc. The three generously sized bedrooms have queen beds and are handsomely appointed. Open, cheery kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you require. Large two car garage and plenty of parking.

Upstairs master has a beautiful mountain view and balcony. The other upstairs bedroom has a peek-a-boo view of the Strait. Bedroom on first level is perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs.

Home was recently purchased and has been fully and newly furnished and appointed. Every appointment in this home is of high quality and new. Tiled shower surround with new hardware recently completed.

The Unique Benefits of this House

I love the "feel" of this old home, while enjoying the modern amenities. The neighbors are friendly, and we wave and greet each other everyday. I love to walk to my gym, the store, downtown, the marina, the farmer's market, and to various events held in town. Never having lived within city limits, it's nice to be close to all it has to offer.

    • I had the pleasure of staying here for 8 weeks while I was in Port Angeles for work. The property manager, Dana, met me upon arrival and showed me around, including providing me with useful information about the area and a kind offer to show me around town. The house itself is beautifully furnished and comes with all the amenitites needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully appointed kitchen for cooking and fresh linens. Its perfectly located, with both mountain and water views and close enough to walk into town while still being on a quiet street. Janelle was always quick to get back to me when I contacted her, and made sure that I had everything I needed while I was there. I would highly recommend this beautiful house for a short or extended stay in Port Angeles!

    • The house was nice & cozy (and "warm" in the evening - when there was as a chill outside). The decore was done in very good taste. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms - TV in 2 on upper floor and a TV in livingroom on main floor. The kitchen is decked out with utensils so you can do your own cooking/warming: full stove and microwave. There is a cofee-maker and toaster. We felt so at home - Dana Knight (the real estate manager/oversee-er) met us to give us the key, explained everything & gave us her tel# in case we had further questions. She even prepared homemade apple-butter! What a nice touch! We would definitely return if we pass thru this neighborhood again. P.S. very convenient to Victoria/San Juan ferry (for a day trip) & convenient to Olympic National Park.Thank You Janelle.

    • My family of six stayed at this wonderful rental for 3 nights in July, 2008. It is located in the center of Port Angeles and accessible to all the city has to offer. The house itself is older, perhaps historic, but well appointed with a fully functional kitchen and washer/dryer. It is very convenient for visiting Olympic National Park and the other areas of the Olympic penisula. The owner and manager were very easy to work with and we really enjoyed our visit.
