  Our family of 5, including 3 twenty something kids, just finished a week of vacation at this great house. The house interior was stylishly done and in great shape and was nicely laid out. The pool area was really nice (we paid for the heating and the temp was perfect), and we enjoyed the hot tub and having some grass to play in. It was also nice having the big Lanai and comfortable outdoor furniture to relax on and get out of the sun. The house has two bikes which we rode all around and there are plenty of marked bike trails. Location was great, close to downtown and also close to 3 golf courses, which had a walking/bike path where my wife went to walk many mornings. Lastly, Jama the owner was really helpful and quickly solved any little issues or questions. Highly recommend this place!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The house was so cute! Very clean and comfy; The yard beautiful and nicely manicured. We all loved the art work on the walls. Even looked up the Palm Springs artist so we can visit his gallery. The kitchen appliances were top notch; the beds were comfy as well as the couches, just an all around great vacation rental. Didn't was to leave. Can't wait to come back!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  A stay at this house in San Lucas Rd. encapsulates all that is good about a vacation in Palm Springs. The house was beyond our expectations and suited our relaxed holiday needs perfectly. Days were spent swimming and relaxing around the pool with barbeque lunches from the grill on the lanai. Relaxed poolside living is what Palm Springs is all about and this house delivers. Coupled by great service from Palm Springs Rental Agency who had the house ready for us and were able to answer all our questions, this was a truly great holiday. Thanks you. 5 out of 5!

  We lived in the backyard the whole week. This is a great house in a great neighborhood. It was easy to pick up the keys and return. We LOVED the backyard and the master suite is great. Great BBQ. We ate in the whole week and loved the kitchen, grill, and blender for those fruity rum drinks. I can definitely see us coming back. Oh, and loved the house decorations too..very, very comfortable. 5 out of 5!

  Lovely well-equipped and well-located rental home. Not windy and no airport noise. You will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the sun. Great for couples or families. It has a wonderful pool and spa, lovely shaded lanai with good quality outdoor furniture and barbecue, excellent televisions, wireless internet and free long distance!! We hope to return!

  Rest and Relaxation in a peaceful setting! The description of this rental did not disapoint, very accurate, clean and quite. We especially enjoyed the sense of humor in the 50's decor (artwork was hilarious!) and impressed with the updated and stylish remodeled kitchen, baths, electronics, lighting, etc. and especially with the very comfortable sitting areas for maximum relaxation. The home is close to shopping, restaurants and hiking yet felt like a private oasis in busy Palm Springs. We loved picking a palmetto (hope that was okay) for breakfast and eating it poolside, the cozy couch in the living room for sun-drenched afternoon naps and wished the bikes didn't have flat tires. We want to return and repeat the experience.

  WONDERFUL TIME! We have stayed with Palm Springs Rentals before and have had positive experiences. This time was no exception, however, the house we rented was more than we had expected! The rooms were comfortable, modern, and well equiped. The patio and pool areas were awesome. The house is very near the old town of Palm Springs and close to everything. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a comfortable and private vacation home.

  Beautiful backyard for a great vacation home! My family tries to spend a week in Palm Springs each summer to relax, swim, sunbath, read, sleep and basically recharge. This house was very nice, had practically everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was great and we made definite use of it! The backyard has a great set-up, nice BBQ, patio furniture, lights for night and even a couch/living room setup. Highly recommended!

  The home is well cared for and spacious. The master suite is well equipped and the master bathroom (with direct garden access) very well appointed. If you want to watch a lot of (large) TVs this is the home for you. The exceptionally large outdoor area is very welcome - we were outside from 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. The best part of the day (in summer) is 6-7 p.m. when the sun is off the pool but on the mountains which seem so near you can touch them from you seat in the spa. Close to town centre, restaurants and supermarkets this was a great visit marred only by some difficulties with maintenance issues that were sorted out after 3 visits. Highly recommended.
