If you seek privacy, quiet, and your own beach just a few steps from your back door, you will fall in love with Charlotte's Cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water. Later on in the afternoon, have a glass of wine and enjoy spectacular sunsets. This property has beautiful grassy areas in front and back yards which are perfect for small children and a garden with an outdoor shower! This is not the house across the street from the beach. This is the house on the beach with water views. If you enjoy hearing the waves and you enjoy seeing the water from your front deck this is the place!

Whether it be the summer with all of its water activities, antiquing, shopping and exploring the North Fork and the Hamptons, or the Fall Season with wine tasting and the harvest of the grapes, you will find the perfect getaway at Charlotte's Cottage. There are great restaurants, interesting country stores, nurseries, wonderful parks and historical sights.

  • We spent two weeks at Charlotte's Cottage in August, 2009 and had a wonderful stay. Our daughter & son-in-law joined us on weekends. The location is perfect from which to explore Long Island. The property is very clean, well maintained and a delightful combination of old cottage charm & modern comfort. The owners are accommodating; the neighbors are friendly; it was GREAT !
