Front and garage side of house. - Relaxing Brookhaven Gateway To the Hamptons Rental House Welcome to our home located in Eastport/Manorville on the Eastern part of Long Island, New York. We are a stones throw away from the Hamptons. We invite you to stay in our beautiful 3500 square foot Victorian/Colonial home to relax and enjoy the accommodations and all the surrounding area has to offer. PLEASE NOTE THAT A 2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MONTHS, JULY AND AUGUST. The house is located in a very nice area off a cul-de-sac on about 1 acre of property. We have a long driveway and a multiple car garage, enjoy off street parking. The grounds are fairly new with the house being only two and a quarter years old. Enjoy the openness and all of the sun that shines in and around the house all day. When you enter the home, with all of its windows to let the sun shine through, you will enjoy just hanging out in the two-story grand family room which includes a gas fireplace along with an entertainment system. This house is very roomy, as many as six to eight people will not feel crowded at all. Enjoy relaxing in the breakfast nook, the dining room or go upstairs and enjoy any of the large rooms upstairs all equipped with cable TV. In the Master Bedroom you will walk into a very large Master bathroom where a nice soaking tub might be just what you are looking for after being out on the town all day and or night. The exercise room might also be something you may want to use for those who do not want to miss out on staying fit when away from your own gym or your own personal equipment. We invite you to plan your stay here for at least a month and enjoy the luxury of a beautiful home out on the east end and explore all there is to see and do out here. Hope to hear from you soon.
