Built in phases since 1983, the family friendly Lei Lani condo complex is one of the few developments on Perdido Key that is located both on the beach and Old River. This unit is located in the 'village' portion of the complex, situated half way between the beach and Old River.

The 400 square foot studio comfortably sleeps two adults on the queen Murphy bed. There is also a queen pull out sofabed, to informally accomodate children or an additional guest.
Ideally, this luxury studio is best for one to two adults, or a small family. As there is only 400 square feet of living space, capacity is strictly limited. Generally, we limit capacity for this studio unit to three or less adults, or a small family. Four or more adults (i.e. two adult couples) is prohibited as there simply is not enough space. This studio unit includes a full kitchen with all dining accessories, and all towels, linens, pillows, and blankets are provided.

Views from your private balcony include obstructed views of Old River, the Alabama Point bridge, Gulf State park property, and the Gulf in the distance. Note that this is not a Gulf front condo, so the views are limited and or obstructed (Please carefully review the 'view' photo on this listing prior to booking).
In addition to the multiple on-site amenities of Lei Lani, and the luxurious accommodations of the studio, Orange Beach and Perdido Key is a vacation dream for you and your family.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations for the condo are easy ! Our preferred method of booking is for you to use the 'BOOK IT' button on the top right hand side of our site, and follow the online instructions to book the unit through the online VRBO credit card payment system. Your reservation will then be finalized within twenty four (24) hours. This preferred payment option is available 24/7 as it is an automated process to book the reservation.
In the alternative, you may also pay for your reservation by major credit card over the telephone, in the event that you are more comfortable talking with a live agent. Simply call 251-928-0192 during regular business hours and speak with Anita or Becky. Checks are not accepted. This option to pay for your reservation by live agent is available only during regular business hours.
Once paid in full under either method, a confirmation email is sent to you. Later, an informational packet on the condo, including the keyless code for entry to the unit, will then be sent to you by email several days before your intended stay.
RESTRICTIONS: Renters must be 25 or older. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES. NO ELEVATOR access to this second story condo (two flights of stairs) and so handicapped access or those who have difficulty with stairs should rent another unit. Boat slips reserved for owners only. No onsite trailer or boat parking available.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $200 fully refundable security deposit is required, in addition to the amount owed for the stay. Assuming checkout compliance, the security deposit is credited back to your credit card on the first business day following your checkout, with an emailed receipt thanking you for your stay.
PARKING: There is a $12 charge for one parking pass included with your rental good for your entire stay. If you have two cars, an extra parking pass(if needed) must be purchased upon your arrival at the condo office located in the main Lei Lani tower on the beach (adjacent to the indoor heated pool). The cost for the additional parking pass is $12. If a car is onsite overnight without a parking pass, the association will tow it.

WOW! What a great condo...perfect for 2-3 people. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, the photos do not do it justice.The location is very convienent to great resturants and entertainment. The complex was very quiet and relaxing even though it was spring break week. It is decorated beautifully with all the upgrades, granite in kitchen and spacious bath, along with the stainless steel appliances. We were a little concerned about the Murphy bed, but pleasantly surprised of how comfortable it was. The view from the large balcony was nice, the Gulf to your left and Ole River to your right, The beach was easily accessible with just a quick walk across the street. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommed this condo to others. We are looking forward to planning another visit!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is beautiful, and nicely appointed, every detail has been touched, to evoke a romantic, relaxing feeling. The TV is conveniently located for either sleeping area, and the murphy bed sleeps quite well. The TV signal was poor, but has been reported, and hopefully repaired. The view was GREAT, although not on the ocean, the location allows view of ocean, bridge(beautifully lit at night), and the Bay. The balcony was quite large, with a full table, perfect for an alfresco dinner, to enjoy that splendid sunset view. Having the keypad, was so nice, never had to keep up with keys, which can be such a pain at the beach or pool. The indoor pool was warm, and we had it all to ourselves, each time we went. The walk to the beach was a breeze, much easier than other condos we have stayed at that were actually located on the beach. The dock area was quaint and fun for the kids. The reservation was handled with professionalism, and attention to the utmost detail, which was appreciated. There was an issue with part of our deposit being withheld, for "extra" cleaning, soTIP TO FUTURE RENTERS: document your room status, or don't be surprised if you are overcharged for room cleaning. We had to spend quite a bit of time back and forth with the owners, and his assistants, to get things straightened out. . In the end, it was taken care of, but not without alot of effort. ALSO, there are two flights of stairs, NO ELEVATOR, just FYI to elderly, or disabled.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first time using VRBO to stay at Lei Lani Village. The attraction was the proximity to places we like to go for dinner, drinks, entertainment. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit and the quality of the amenities! We had never experienced a Murphy bed before and it was amazingly comfortable! The kitchen, as was the entire unit, was very well equipped and nicely updated. Though the weather was very cold, the unit was warm and inviting. We were also amazed at the ease of rental and payment, especially the promptness with the return of the damage deposit. We hope to get back and enjoy the pool and beach when it will be warmer. A great experience!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was very clean, decorated nicely, and comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. It was very easy to get to the beach and we had no problems getting chairs and umbrellas. The location was pleasantly quiet and convenient to shopping, dining, activities, etc. We really enjoyed having the keyless entry-nice extra. We also appreciate that the owner and staff were very professional, friendly, and informative. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was very dissapointing. The view from the balcony was terrible. The couch in the unit was in horrible shape. We covered it up with a blanket to be able to sit on it. If you need wireless internet, you will be dissapointed, it only worked 1 day while I was there. The A/C cut on and off every 5 seconds unless you put it on 60 degrees which made the unit very cold. The parking spot for the unit was almost impossible to get into if you have an SUV like we have. I would not reccomend this unit to anyone.Owner response: We encourage our guests to review the photos on our VRBO listing of the balcony view, interior and furnishings, complex and amenities, prior to booking, as we do want a guest being dissatisfied with something that is otherwise accurately portrayed in our photographs. Parking is available for large SUVs directly in front of the unit, while smaller cars may park beneath the unit in the covered parking space (if it will fit). The unit's complimentary Wi-Fi has been discontinued, and the sleeper sofa was replaced, both in response to this review. After five years of wonderful reviews, it is unfortunate that this guest was not otherwise satisfied with their accommodations.

We had a great time at Lei Lani. The studio was perfect for the 2 of us and super affordable. We will definitely call back for our next trip. we enjoyed our stay at Lei Lani, it was clean, quiet and private. We enjoyed the pool, the docks and watching the boats come into harbor with their catch and we walked across to the beach each day. I would recommend this unit for any 2 people or couple with a child. The unit had new appliances, comfortable bed, wi-fi, TV, washer and dryer. I would go back tomorrow if I had the vacation time. This unit is what a rental should be. Thanks!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I enjoyed my stay at this rental very much. The condo was beautifully furnished and was perfect for two people. I have already booked it for the future and will plan to stay here anytime I go to Orange Beach if it is available. This condo was PERFECT for my two person mini vacation! It is in a fabulous location and the unit is extremely clean. This condo is beautifully furnished and very clean with all of the amenities we needed. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and I would definitely rent from him again. From the balcony you can see the gorgeous emerald coast and the old river that has become part of the bay. There is a dock in the back where you can go fishing as well as an indoor and outdoor pool. Beach access is a cinch, and we were near to any rentals that we wanted (pontoon boats, jet skis, party barges, parasailing, etc.). There are also many places to choose from if you are interested in deep sea fishing, and the prices are very reasonable. I've never stayed anywhere that was so quiet and relaxing. I found the area to be very safe, and I can't wait to go back!. My favorite places to eat were "The Steamer" and "Tacky Jacks."Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Cancellation policy:
We have a 'no explanation needed' 100% refund of stay cancellation policy, as long as the cancellation is 30 days or more in advance of your stay. If Orange Beach is at any time under a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Watch or Warning during the time of any intended stay, the guest may cancel some, all, or a portion of their stay with no notice required and receive a full refund for any unused portion(s) of their stay. Pets are not allowed. No parties or group gatherings are permitted in the unit. No more than four adults are permitted in the unit at any given time. One renter is required to be 25 years of age or older who is actually staying in the unit. The credit card provided to pay for the stay must belong to at least one guest who is actually staying in the unit. No smoking. If smoking occurs inside the unit, or if a smoke odor is detected upon your departure, or there is other evidence of smoking, there is a $750 fine, forfeiture of deposit, forfeiture of balance of stay, and financial responsibility for professional deodorization of unit. This is not a handicapped accessible unit. There is no elevator for this second story studio condo.. Assuming checkout compliance and following all conditions of stay, including compliance with the attached rental terms and conditions, the $200 security deposit is credited back to the credit card on file within 1-2 business days of checkout. We then send you an email receipt and a followup feedback email, along with a return guest incentive package.

About the owner: All reservations are handled by the Law Office of James Dorgan, in Fairhope, Alabama. Anita and or Becky handle all reservations and or inquiries. Please email us for a complimentary quote for your requested stay. Our online calendar is updated with each reservation. To reserve, please call our toll free number to confirm your reservation. Once reserved, you receive a confirmation email. Several days prior to arrival, you receive another email with your electronic code for entry into the unit, along with directions to the unit, parking instructions, and other information. No keys to keep up wtih, lose, mail, or pick up. Checking out simply means being out of the unit by noon, and following the checkout instructions placed in the condo. Our cleaning staff cleans the condo, erases the code, and then informs the office that the condo was left in good condition. We then send a conclusion email for followup return rental incentives, and then shred your credit card information. Although a refundable securty deposit is required, we do refund the entire amount upon cleaning approval usually within 7 days. We do permit a full refund as long as you cancel 30 days prior to arrival. If there is a hurricane or tropical storm, you may cancel any or all of your stay, and receive a refund.
