We have stayed in Vegas several times, but in Hotels on the strip. We found that this villa was much better than the hotels as the pool was glorious, and there was everything you needed within the house. It is in an ideal situation only 6 mins from Freemont street and Stratosphere. It was very clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet - never heard or seen a sole for the whole 2 weeks of our stay. We would highly recommend this villa as a home from home only a short drive from the Strip and all of Vegas's sights, ie Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Red Rock Canyon. You do need a car, but as I have said its only 6 - 10 mins drive to the strip, and all the hotels have car parks that are free, much better than a Hotel.

We got married in Las Vegas so we wanted a home base while we were there. This house was perfect. Location was fine as long as you have a car. It was around 90 while we were there so we made full use of the pool and backyard. We had plenty of room and equipment to have family over for BBQ, etc. The Jacuzzi took a long time to heat but the owner and pool guy were very fast to answer our questions and get back to us. Since it was 90 that wasn't such an issue for us. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a Starbucks just up the road but for groceries we had to go to Walmart. Not a big deal and perhaps it was us but we couldn't find a store near the house. My now husband and I stayed through the weekend and it was so nice to make breakfast and sit outside and have some privacy. I've recommended it to friends traveling to Vegas already and next time we go back we'll def try to stay there again. Be careful of one thing - the pool is not very deep at all so be sure not to jump in.

My family and I stayed here for our family vacation and I must say the stay was awesome! Property is well maintained, kitchen was fully stocked, and the communication with the property owner was excellent. Most of our vacation was spent at the house with lots of swimming and backyard BBQ's. I will definately rent this property again. Thank you Bev for opening up your lovely home.

We wanted to rent this house, but it was not available the week we were vacationing. The owner has another 3 bedroom house, 10 minutes from the strip. We couldn't have been happier. The house is very large, with 2 sitting rooms, dining room, 2 baths. and a very well equipped kitchen. The owner has the house supplied with everything you need to feel at home. It is in a very quiet, gated community. Shopping is about 11/2 miles away, and it is so easy to get to eveywhere, by car. Let me tell you about the outside. It has a 2 car garage, and a good size back yard. Ther are two picnic tables, umbrellas and lots of lounge chairs. You can see the beautiful mountains from the back yard. One of the mountains had snow on it.There is a good working gas grill, that we cooked on almost everyday, and a FANTASTIC POOL. The weather was about 105 to 110 degrees, when we were there. We hung out at the pool morning and afternoon everyday, except the day we went to The Grand Canyon. Las vegas is so exciting and so much fun, and we don't even gamble, and when you are done partying for the night, you will have a perfect place to to go home to. Get in touch with the owner and see the pictues. She is wonderful to do business with. You will not regret it! Best vacation ever! Thanks, Bev!!

The perfect place to stay. Close to shops and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Las Vegas Strip. The houseowner is very helpful and could be contacted at any time. The house was clean and well stocked with everything from toilet rolls to spices. All furnishings were comfortable and of high quality. The pool was cleaned regularly. Highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

We just returned from a trip to Las Vegas for a soccer tournament for our son. We spent most of our free time at the house because there was plenty of room for our four kids to play and lounge around. The house was perfect for our family and had enough beds for everyone to share. There was even a blow up mattress in one of the closets. The pool was perfect although it did take a good day for it to heat up. Once it was heated we spent most of our time in the pool with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and we did a lot of cooking at the house and had almost everything we needed. We even BBQed one night and the grill worked great. There was plenty of seating in and out of the house to accomodate more that just our family. It was also great to have a washer and dryer so I could do laundry or just dry our swimming suits and towels. We had a great time and plan on using this house again.

We were in Las Vegas to celebrate my daughters birthday. The home was everything promised and more. Everything you could possibly need was there. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool and spa was great and well used. The party we had for my daughter was great. She had several of her friends over and we barbaqued steaks on the gas grill by the pool and a few cocktails of course. She said it was the best birthday she had ever had. It was the most relaxed vacation we've ever had in Vegas.

My husband and I just returned from a 2 1/2 week road trip with a 1 week stay at this house. This house is awesome!! It is better than described. It is only 6 miles from the strip, very easy to drive to the strip, a straight shot down one road. This home is located in a very quite area. There is a Wal-mart about 2 miles away. The house has everything you could ever think of to enjoy your stay. The owner is great to work with no problems at all. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay in Las Vegas that wants to enjoy the strip but would like a nice place to escape all the noise and people. This house has plenty of room for 3 couples or a family. The rooms are large and well furnished. The beds sleep great!! The bathrooms are big as well. Well as you can tell, I can not say enough about this house!! We will rent this house again on our next vist to Las Vegas!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Communication with the owner was excellent. Rental property was exactly as described and as pictured. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and dining, and is about 20 mins from the Strip/Airport. Everything was extremely clean and orderly. Favorite part of the house is definitely the backyard, with the patio, grill, and pool. Pool and spa has complete privacy. Definitely better than staying in a small hotel room. Highly recommend!

You couldn't find a better Place to Stay sums it up. So much better than staying on the strip in a small hotel bedroom. There are so many advantages, the home offers 3 bedrooms so everyone has a room, beautiful kitchen so you can save some money on meals and drinks. We did a breakfeast each morning and then sometimes a dinner. Large living area with TV's in each room and a beautiful hot tub and spa. The house and furnishing were immaculate and it just gave you such a feeling of relaxation, space and convienent location. Just minutes off of 1-15 which took you right into the strip. Close to Walmart supercenter for those groceries. We were so glad that we rented this home instead of spending a noisey time on the strip, in a cramped hotel room with alot of people. When we wanted the hustle and bustle we got in the car and in 10 minutes we were on the strip. Also the owners of the home were very informative with Emails, information and transactions. Everything went exactly as they explained and the home and furnishings the same. We stayed 5 nights and I can tell you it was the best value and the nicest place for the money. You wouldn't be dissapointed.

My son, daughter-in-law, grandaughter and daughter and myself enjoyed ourselves very much. We could have not picked a better place. We are planning to go back and stay here possibly again next year, but for a longer time. What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. It was far enough from the strip to enjoy the peace and quite and when night falls either you can break out the cocktails or jump in the car and enjoy the night life Las Vegas has to offer. We just returned from our stay at this great vacation home. It is exactly as advertised...it really does have everything you will need. My husband and I took our daughter and our grandsons on this trip. Easy access to shows on the strip (saw the Lion King and Le Reve) and a great launching point to the Grand Canyon (South or West rim). Also discovered Sedona, Az and took a Pink Jeep tour (a must do activity). Thanks Bev, for sharing your wonderful home. The pool, the home, everything, made our vacation a relaxing adventure. Although we'd like to keep this home a "well kept secret", we really would recommend this home to anyone planning a vacation in the Las Vegas area.

We are not gamblers but enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in Vegas. The pool is so much fun. The spacious great room was perfect for playing games and watching TV. The covered patio with the BBQ and sun charis were used a lot. We enjoyed hiking Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, shopping the outlet malls. We will return !!

My husband and I, son and daughter-in-law, and son-in-law stayed in this great home for 4-nites, and enjoyed it so much. The location was perfect for our needs. The description of the property was exactly as advertised. The home owner has a very nice fully equipped kitchen, we could not believe that she had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare our meals. We loved the combined kitchen/greatroom, room enough for everyone to visit and not be crowded. The patio/pool area looked very appealing, but we didn't have a chance to do any swimming. The owner was very personable/ professional and good to deal with. We want to stay there again, and would recommend this property to anyone!

We go the LV every November for the air show at Nellis AFB. This home is conveniently located to Nellis as well as to friends in the area. Most important though is what a great home it really is. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped updated kitchen, spacious rooms. We really enjoyed the covered patio and sitting by the pool early mornings and late evenings. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Owner was very responsive to our questions, paperwork was done easily and our deposit was refunded quickly. I can see being an annual visitor to this home. Highly recommend.

The home is a beautifully decorated home and offers everything you need to drop your luggage and start your vacation. We enjoyed the pool area and made use of the BBQ and Patio area. It's the perfect place to stay in Vegas if you want to avoid the crazy hotel scenes. Close to all shopping and downtown. My Daughter and Grandaughter and Mother all enjoyed our stay. We want to come back!! The property was clean and just as the listing suggests!!

It felt like our home for time we were there. Everything was there as listed down to the flip flops for the pool, all fresh and clean. Six of us stayed there for 10 days and there was plenty of room. Pool was relaxing and we were able to take our time and do what the English like to do. 'Go out in the midday sun' The owner had left us maps and leaflets to help us to make the most of our visit to Las Vegas. We are going back again!!!!! We have recommend this house to all our friends but hope that they do not want our weeks.

Elaine and I stayed in this super home for 4-nights and enjoyed it so much that we will go back. It was a relaxing trip and helped unwinding in the spa and pool. Property was exactly as advertised and well equiped. A great place to stay with room enough for everyone to visit and not be crowded. House, garage and gardens was well cared for "all in its place".
