The Villa was totally renovated in the Spring of 2008. With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the great room it comfortably sleeps six. The second bedroom is perfect for children; they will have their own TV with a DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, pots & pans, dishes and all the familiar necessities for you to prepare your favorite dish. Just bring the food. The dining area seats four at the table and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.
Hilton Head Resort is gated with 24 hour security. The resort has a deli/restaurant, gift shop and convenience store located on the pool deck and has a "Wi-Fi" hotspot for your internet access.
In case you left your laptop behind there are computers for rent. Washers and dryers for your convenience are located on every other floor. The resort also has a picnic area with charcoal grills.

Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
We wanted a resort that was perfect for guests with or without children. Many resorts are not as family friendly as Hilton Head Resort. This is the perfect spot because it has kids activities but it is quiet and relaxing when the kids are not with us. We also like the 24 hour security. There is a guard at the gate and they also patrol the property. The poolside deli plays fabulous beach music and cooks the best french fries! In addition, the deli staff makes you feel right at home- even catering to the kids. It also sells ice cream, breakfast, and a variety of other items. There is a beach front restaurant on the property called CoCo's. It is a great place to grab lunch or an afternoon cocktail. If it's raining, the indoor pool provides lots of fun. One of the main selling points is the fact that it is a beachfront resort. Many of the competing resorts are across the street from the beach and guests have to cross a busy street to access the beach. Hilton Head Resort has a walkway to the beach and offers a golf cart shuttle for those not wanting to make the short walk. The resort is located mid-island so it is very convenient to either end of the island and the beach is not nearly as crowded as the south beach area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We recently renovated our condo so everything is relatively new. This is important to us because we stay there as well. Some units are simply an income stream for an investor. We stay in our condo several times throughout each season and enjoy having nice furnishings, a very clean unit and all the necessities of home- array of pots, pans, appliances, beach chairs, towels and even kids friendly dishes. This is our second home that we are opening up to our guests. We want them to feel as comfortable as we do. We enjoy feedback from our guests and use that to constantly improve the quality of future visits.

My daughter, Steffany, and I own two condos at Hilton Head Resort- a 2 BR and a 3 BR. We live in the area and visit our condos frequently. Steffany has two children who love to come to the resort. They enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools and playing on the beach. Since we are in the area, we are happy to send our guests visitor magazines and suggest restaurants and other activities. We really enjoy meeting all of our guests and love to hear how they enjoyed their stay. We constantly make new friends and look forward to their return every year. If our guests are interested, we keep them informed of off-season specials and snowbird packages. We really enjoy visiting the resort in September and October because the weather is still warm enough to go to the beach, but the crouds are gone.
