Welcome to "TROPICAL ISLES", A gorgeous waterfront home recently remodeled and designed for relaxed living. Comfortably sleep 8 with a master cabana bath and guest full bath. Glass sliding doors open from all bedrooms, living room and dining room to the 85 degree HEATED pool, a must in Florida as an unheated pool can be very cold and uncomfortable! The hot tub sits next to the pool and seats 6 or more.
WE HAVE IT ALL, WATERFRONT, DOCK, HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, VIEWS,PEACE AND QUIET!!
Our living room has a 50" Plasma TV, new leather furniture, music, board games and is open to a bright dining room overlooking the pool. The master bedroom and cabana bath are on the opposite end of the house from guest rooms with a slider to the pool and a 39" flat screen wall TV. The new queen bedroom has sliders to the pool as does the other guest room with twin beds that can be pushed together as a King Size bed. It also has sliders to the pool.
The kitchen is fully applianced with a gas stove, dishwasher and new refrigerator ready for any chef. From here a door opens into the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. We also store pool toys and fishing gear here.
The master bed room is large and has a 39" flat screen wall mounted TV. The Queen bedroom is beautiful with a red bedspread and sliders that open to the pool. The twin bedroom also opens to the pool. There is a new, leather convertible couch in the living room that sleeps two.
Every room has a water view and all but the kitchen have a slider to the pool and water. Rent or bring your own boat, up to a 25 feet long and tie it up at the dock where we have water and electricity. Sit on the patio, in the hot tub or on our dock chairs and watch the boats go by. Enjoy the privacy afforded by the tropical plants and trees growing along side the pool and hot tub. Fire up the gas grille by the pool and cook up those burgers, hot dogs and steaks!
This is the place to be, it has it all with night life, shopping, golf, beaches and boating. We love it, all of our past guests love it and you will too.

My wife and I are retired snowbirds who live in MA in the summer, Florida winters. A few years ago we would run our boat back and forth, keeping it here at our dock during the winter. We have now downsized and fly or drive. We love having our own 4 kids and many grandchildren here and they love to be here in the sun to play on the beaches and swim in the pool. We enjoy the water and our summer home is on a lake in MA. If you look in the water when here you may see an occasional Manatee and often will see Iguana's sunning themselves on the dock.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love the peace and quiet of the Garden Isles neighborhood. Our neighbors are year round and very friendly. When around the pool and patio area it is like being in another world, peaceful and serene with a lot of privacy, yet, if you drive a few minutes away the world opens up to shopping, beaches, restaurants, golf and everything you could possibly want. One would never guess that such a peaceful place as "TROPICAL ISLES" could existed surrounded by everything one could ask for.

WOW! The pictures just don't do this gorgeous home justice. We enjoyed 7 days here and hope to be back next year. My husband is just sorry he couldn't fit the master bedroom shower into the car to take home - what a treat to have all those jets to choose from - and so roomy (as is the bedroom itself). The house layout wraps around a large, clean pool that is heated at just the right temperature. One side is the master bedroom with sliding doors to the pool AND to the hot tub (so much fun at night). And the other side are 2 other bedrooms and another bath with a tub - keeping the kids or relative at bay. In the middle is an open living room, kitchen, dining area and computer room fit for architectural digest. Very well planned out, large and comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room made the house very comfortable - of course, you can choose to have the A/C on too. Really, the only negative thing I could say about this place is that we could only stay for one week!!! We left tanned (from the pool or go to the beach a few miles away), relaxed and well fed from all the wonderful restaurants in the area. A few other family members rented ohter houses in the area. Although the prices were about the same for each, we all agreed that ours was the best of the bunch. Thanks, Mal, for offering this lovely house as a rental.
