"The Palm House" is a quaint two bedroom, one bathroom cottage located on Palm Drive in Port Aransas, just down the street from the beach and the schools and churches. This is a private home with a large backyard and large parking area.
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS REQUIRE 3 DAY MINIMUM STAY
The cottage has nice furnishings and decor and was completely remodeled in the beginning of 2008.
The driveway parking offers enough room to bring your boat and enjoy the great local fishing! This is the perfect house for a small family to spend the weekend or the week! The school is so close you can play on the playground!
The home has one queen bed, two twin beds, and a sofa that does NOT fold out, so the house is suited for four guests with a possible fifth child on the sofa.
The house is an easy walk to the beach, but most prefer to drive to haul beach chairs, ice chests, etc. Please see the map below for proximity to the beach.
The house has everything you need, except for beach items: toys, towels, chairs, etc. All linens, dishes, furniture, televisions, etc. are provided.

  • This is not your typical beach house. The house is very nice, very well maintained and very comfortable. Addie was wonderful to work with and very helpful to us. We highly recommend this rental and this will always be our first choice in vacation rentals when we come back.

  • Our family has made Palm House our "home" twice now when visiting Port Aransas. Both times we stayed for a week. The house is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The backyard is fantastic for children. We were thrilled to find it completely fenced in during our second visit, where our little ones could play without worrying they'd run into the street. They loved it! The location is perfect...a short walk to the beach was no problem. The owner is incredibly easy to work with, as well, and super nice. We definitely hope to return again!

  • We had a great weekend! Palm House is cozy, clean, and 5 minute walk to beach. The yard is amazing - coffee on back porch a must! Perfect for small family or couple.

  • Casa Verde is the perfect coastal cottage. The covered back porch was great for drinking morning coffee and eating breakfast. We loved the back yard with its shade trees and cool breezes. The house had everything a couple could need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Very romantic. We'll definitely go back.
