we are currently renting this house. it is absolutely clean and neat. it has everything one would need to be comfortable for any period of time. we are here for 4 months and just love it. friendly, quiet community with lots of activities at their clubhouse if you choose to get involved. we would recommend this to any couple over 55. we would love to come back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

My family and I visited Florida during the Xmas holidays. I have to say that we really enjoyed staying at this home. It was very clean, comfortable, and in a very nice neighborhood. We felt very secure there. There were several shopping centers within one mile of the property. The neighbors were very nice, and friendly. The house had everything that a family would need during a stay away from home. Thank you Ed and Pat for having us at your home. Reallllly enjoyed it. My 14 year old son also enjoyed his stay even though there were not other kids that we saw in the area or any recreation that was available for him. Beds really nice and comfortable.
