Sitting on 1.3 acres, there is approximately 11,000 sq ft of living space, with a huge living room area and a large dining hall on the lower level that can house dozens of people comfortably. (up to 100 if for wedding reception use)
This building was built in 1928 as a church, and can be used for weddings, family reunions, group getaways, or retreats. There are 10 bedrooms and 12.1 baths, with a chapel available for an additional fee.
Sitting on a hill overlooking the marina in Ilwaco on the Columbia River, you can walk to local businesses, galleries, and restaurants. Just a few miles up the road are the 26 miles stretch of beaches along the Long Beach Peninsula, with downtown Long Beach just 3 miles away.
In Long beach you will find summer arcades, beach town fun rides, shops, restaurants, horse back riding, festivals and activities that remind you of your beach town experiences of youth.
