This beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom condo is ideally located on a hillside in the exclusive El Pedregal neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas, where some of Cabo's famed multi-million dollar homes are located.
This luxury condo is only a few minutes walk to town and the Marina, where you can experience world class restaurants and great nightlife. The nightlife abounds with places like Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo, and we must not forget Squid Row.
The Marina and the new Mall have many new restaurants and nightclubs. You may just want to put your feet in the sand and have a meal or drinks on the Medano beach at The Office Restaurant or Billigan's.
Relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Medano Bay, the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding Sierra de la Laguna mountain range. At night you will marvel at the breathtaking city lights below.
The condo is spacious with light-flooded rooms and 20 Ft. ceilings. The unit features marble tile floors, elegant doors and closets and patio doors opening to the 382 Sq. Ft. balcony from the living area and the bedroom.
The kitchen features granite counter tops, elegant cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. This newly built condo is beautifully furnished and well appointed. The kitchen is fully furnished so you can have a romantic dinner for two or a family gathering.
Two cascaded swimming pools and waterfalls abound with a beautifully landscaped garden. Guests will have access to poolside palapas and sun decks with chaise lounges and umbrellas. Portofino Pedregral offers 24 hour security and you will have access to your own 2 car garage just below the Condo. There is also an elevator on the property.
Come to Cabo where the mountains meet the Ocean. Cabo features world-class golf and fishing. You can swim with the dolphins and it is with-in walking distance from your Cabo home.
You will also have access to the Private Pedregal Pacific side beach. Cabo has great activites available such as kayaking, skydiving, para-sailing, and waverunners in the beautiful Medano Bay.

My boyfriend and I rented this condo for a month. We had a wonderful stay. The location in the gated community of Pedregal is fantastic. It’s a 10 minute walk from the city centre/marina area. A safe walk, we walked both in the day and the night. We loved that we weren’t in the middle of the city but close enough if we wanted to go out. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked most of our meals. Some of our favorite places to visit were the local organic market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, local restaurants just down the hill, Mendano beach was a 20min walk. A car would be great to have but definitely not a necessity. The pool area was wonderful and the grounds were immaculate. "We really enjoyed our stay! The location is just above the town of Cabo, so the lights were very beautiful at night out on the large balcony. We had dinner out on the balcony a couple of the nights and it was so nice. We could walk down to town and catch a water taxi at the marina and go to the Medano beach. We seemed to go to the The Office and Billigan's quite alot!! Rode the wave runners too while we were there on the beach. The condo has everything you need to cook, if you want. We did this and it saved us money on a few meals instead of eating out all the time like you do at the resorts. The pool area is nice, and there are beach towels in the condo to take to the pool and lay out if you like. We really had a great time and loved our stay! Sue, the property manager, was really great with information on where to go and places to eat. It was nice to have a local contact just in case we needed anything.
