The Marina and the new Mall have many new restaurants and nightclubs. You may just want to put your feet in the sand and have a meal or drinks on the beach at The Office Restaurant and Bar and Las Palmas on the beach.

Two cascaded swimming pools and waterfalls abound with a beautifully landscaped garden. Guests will have access to poolside palapas and sun decks with chaise lounges and umbrellas. Portofino Pedgreal offers 24 hour security and you will have two access to your own 2 car garage just below the Condo.
Come to Cabo where the mountains meet the Ocean. Cabo features world-class golf and fishing. You can swim with the dolphins and it is with-in walking distance from your Cabo home.
You will also have access to the Private Pedgregal Pacific side beach. Cabo has skydiving available or para-sailing in the beautiful Medano Bay.

"We really enjoyed our stay! The location is just above the town of Cabo, so the lights were very beautiful at night out on the large balcony. We had dinner out on the balcony a couple of the nights and it was so nice. We could walk down to town and catch a water taxi at the marina and go to the Medano beach. We seemed to go to the The Office and Billigan's quite alot!! Rode the wave runners too while we were there on the beach. The condo has everything you need to cook, if you want. We did this and it saved us money on a few meals instead of eating out all the time like you do at the resorts. The pool area is nice, and there are beach towels in the condo to take to the pool and lay out if you like. We really had a great time and loved our stay! Sue, the property manager, was really great with information on where to go and places to eat. It was nice to have a local contact just in case we needed anything. We will be back for sure."
