It is only 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta in Mismaloya. Casa Jade is located in the Horizonte Azul Development south of Mismaloya, in a virginal and very exclusive area, with panoramic views, particularly of Los Arcos. One of the most charming homes in Vallarta. Situated right on the ocean.
Casa jade is a lavishly designed custom residence with onyx floors and marble. It features a big kitchen,dining room, Jacuzzi, 2 infinity pools, and bar.(Salt or no salt?).
Spend your days lounging in the pools or venture down to the beach for some crystal clear snorkeling in the waters below. In the evening, enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of Banderas Bay, from the poolside balcony with wet bar and BBQ.

A beautiful property that is needing more care

The house is beautiful and definitely potentially an amazing vacation destination but unfortunately, somewhat disappointing, and certainly not worth what we paid for the Holiday week. There are several amenities listed on the website that are not available. Here is a summary of our experiences: Our first day at the villa, there was little hot water, it took two further days until the boiler in the garage was turned up (from pilot flame) and the boiler for the lower floors was replaced. After 3 days we finally had sufficient hot water. Although there is a full kitchen, the oven does not work. The problem with the broken oven is known by the owner. As a result we were unable to prepare our New Year’s Day dinner as planned. The dishwasher is broken and water leaked all over the floor, we were unable to use it. There is no cable/satellite TV as listed on the website and the two available Mexican stations do not get clear reception. The bed linens were very old, did not stay on the mattress and certainly not what I would expect for a luxury villa. When we arrived, the staff were still cleaning the villa, they continued to clean it the next day. I would expect the villa to be clean and ready for us on arrival. General cleanliness comments of the villa: • I had to ask for open moldy jars of food to be removed from one fridge and I threw out old food from the main fridge before we put any new food into it. • The entire kitchen was in need of cleaning, we reverted to staying out as much as possible and not thinking about the ants running over the food or the state of the utensils in the draws. • Drawers in the bathrooms were not cleaned, there was hair, cotton buds and general dust/dirt. • Used napkins were not washed, they were placed back on the table at dinner time. • The outside bar had old bottles and garbage bags from past visitors which were not removed during our stay. I am sure all of our complaints can be easily remedied. I hope your stay is more enjoyable if you choose to visit Casa Jade.
