Relax and enjoy Island living from this Lopez Island waterfront home with steps down to your own private beach. With beautiful, panoramic views of the San Juan Islands and spectacular sunsets, the house is perfectly situated near the entrance to Fisherman Bay.

It's only a very short walk to all the Village shops, restaurants, market, galleries, our very special Holly B's Bakery and a coffee house just across the street.

This two story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps six and is ideal for one to three couples or a family.

The main level includes a large living room, dining and kitchen; a master bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom; a utility room and garage. There are gorgeous views from all the main rooms.

On the upper level, enjoy a very spacious bedroom with queen bed and sitting area with sliding door accessing the upper deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a shared bathroom with shower. Tremendous views from both bedrooms.

So sit back on either the upper or lower deck, sip a Latte or a glass of Lopez Island Vineyards award winning wine and watch the sailboats and ferries coming and going, hear the sea birds call and watch the eagles soar. We welcome you to come and experience the magical sunsets and quiet Island life.

We rented this wonderful house for 11 days in August. It is a perfect location right in the little village of Lopez. Well appointed kitchen, open living area attached. We had 4 adults and two grandchildren (had to modify the open stairway for safety with a 2 YO!) This is not a fancy place, very clean and comfortable. Steep stairway to the beach, but a 2 min walk to the Bay Cafe (probably the best restaurant in all the San Juans) to a public stairway to the beach was better. We loved this place so much, we are booking for next year now. Nice to walk to grocery store, Holly B's Bakery, Isabella's coffee shop, and the great bookstore. Owner is very accomodating and local if you need anything. Treat yourself to a great venue on the very best San Juan island. Highlight: sitting on the front lawn (or 2nd floor deck) watching the yachts coming in and out of Fisherman's bay, a Bald Eagle in the tree that you see on the website, and waking up in a bedroom with full view of the water. Enjoy!
