"The Haven," our FOUR BEDROOM, THREE BATHROOM, LUXURY VILLA has an upgraded 30-foot by 15-foot private pool plus a hot spa and extended pool deck - all this overlooking a wetlands conservation area. It is located on the five star, gated community of Windsor Palms. Our home is set in peaceful countryside yet is ONLY THREE MILES from the Disney entrance (yes - just a five minute drive).
Renting our home gives you automatic membership of Windsor Palms and FREE use of all resort facilities. A 24 hour gated entrance provides security. Less than two minutes drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, bank and plenty of choices for dining - many restruants offering a take away service.
Our home is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We have four bedrooms, including two master en suites perfect for two families or perhaps two generations sharing. One master has a king sized bed, with a queen in the second master - both have colour cable TV. The other two bedrooms have twin beds both with cable TV/video player and share a further bathroom.
The lounge, overlooking the pool and deck area, has a queen sofa bed and incorporates a formal dining area and features a large flat screen cable TV, video, DVD and sound system. There is also a selection of board games and books for your enjoyment. The telephone permits FREE local, inter state and international calls.
The pool area is the perfect spot to soak up the rays and cool off in the sparkling water. It has a covered lanai - perfect for those who feel the sun is getting too much with ample loungers and chairs provided for your relaxation.
The kitchen contains a dishwasher, waste disposal, large refridgerator with freezer and ice maker, microwave, etc. with a washing machine and tumble drier located in a separate utility room. There is a supurb breakfast bar and a nook area for informal dining, again with views over the pool area.
The unit is fully air conditioned, and all linens and towels are supplied. In the interests of all our guests there is no smoking allowed in the house- you can smoke in the patio area.
Windsor Palms is a premier location offering fast and easy access to the major theme parks - Disney five minutes, Sea World, Wet and Wild and Universal Studios about 15 - 20 minutes away. I-4 is also within easy reach giving access to the Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens in Tampa, about an hours drive. Orlando International Airport is about 25 minutes from the villa.

Our local management company on hand to assist you 24 hours a day should the need arise. Reduction for two weeks. Remember not all villa rental properties are the same, can offer full on site resort facilities or are located so conveniently for Disney. |
