  What a great house! Clean, clean, clean! I would definitely book this house again. Drinking coffee in the morning sitting on one of the rockers in the porch while looking at the beach and listening to the waves is priceless. My family and I were safe, comfortable and relaxed! I highly recommend this property for beachlovers or anybody who wants to relax and get away from it all.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We stayed here for a week in July 2012; we are intending to stay here every year from now on! This was our first BIG family vacation - my family, my sister and her family, and our parents. In total we had 6 adults, an almost 4 year-old, almost 1 year-old, and a 20 month old. We had PLENTY of space, and it was the best week. This beach is perfect for young kids - calm water, uncrowded. We left our chairs on the beach several times to go to the house for lunch, and it was so easy. We saw dolphins every day, tons of hermit crabs, and even a horseshoe crab! The house is immaculate, and has everything you could possible need. The photos on this site don't do the house justice! The screened-in porch is amazing. In addition, the owner was exceptionally helpful. With all those people, and all the kids, I had several questions beforehand and she was so kind and prompt in responding. I can't WAIT to go back to this house.

  Amazing, relaxing, quite, clean, comfortable, perfect view,...there is so much to say of this wonderful home. This was the second time we rented it and the experience was just as good or better than the first. The owner is so helpful. The mornings on the beach were so tranquil. Every morning the beach was quite and often filled with dolphins and even manatee one day. Renting again in the near future.

  Our famiily reunion was a total success, not in small part to the Sea Palms rental home. The great room (kitchen, diningroom, and living room) and the screened in porch offered plenty of space for our party of 8 adults. The view of the Gulf from this area of the home was fantastic. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very suitable and the entire home was tastefully furnished and very clean. Beth, the homeowner, was easy to work with and the pictures that she displayed on the website were very accurate. The beach area was sandy and clean with few users; my brother-in-law was pleased with the on shore fishing. We also took advantage of the Carrabelle festival that took place on Saturday and had a wonderful time. Would we rent this home again. You bet, in a heart beat.

  we stayed a week with our kids for spring break. The house was in a great condition and very clean. The room with the three beds upstairs was great for the boys. Also the covered porch is very convenient. Beth was with everything very responsive and quick. Overall we really enjoyed staying in this house.

  Old Florida at its best! Sea Palms is a treasure. Clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We loved sitting out on the screen porch with our morning coffee. The white sandy beach, is great for walking, playing and sunning. Plenty of wildlife- a nature lover's dream. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Florida Panhandle.

  The beach house was a perfect fit for our small family wedding. The beach was clean, quiet,and just the right size. The kitchen & dining area worked well for our family to prepare our meals which included the groom's family (they stayed at the local bed & breakfast). I would highly recommend this home to other families.

  My family stayed at this beach house with two other families in June 2011. We had six adults and seven children together for a week! We had a wonderful time. The beach is not crowded at all. We had the beach in front of the house to ourselves for the week. The water is very calm, and my preschool children felt comfortable swimming in it for most of the day. We didn't have to worry about them being knocked down by waves. We saw lots of hermit crabs, fish, etc. and we all loved it! The area is very quiet. The grocery store is about a five minute drive away. The owner recommended several places to buy fresh seafood - we tried them all and enjoyed them! Our favorite restaurants were in Apalachicola and St. George Island - both about a 30 minute drive away. The estuary center and the WWII museum are worth visiting - and admission is free. The owner responded to us quickly with all of our questions and concerns. The floor plan of the house is open and feels very comfortable. The screened in porch is great! The house is stocked with all the cooking gear you could possibly need. We had a wonderful stay and are hoping to go back soon!
