My name is Jennifer Romano,and my husband and I bought our beach house while we were renovating our home.With four children, the construction chaos got to be too much, so we decided to get out.
Why the Owner Chose Pacific Beach
The requirements I had for the perfect place was somewhere where I could walk straight out onto the sand, and walk right back in for a snack or a nap (for the kids or me!). And the place is perfect; no work, no maintenance, and, as the penthouse, no neighbors on our heads. There are restaurants within walking distance, and Seaworld puts on a great fireworks show at night! The sunsets are amazing,and you can see both the bay and the ocean because we are up high enough on the fourth floor.

It is very peaceful and beautiful there. The water views are endless, and very relaxing.
