Welcome to the Peaceful Side of Oahu - far away from the crowds at Waikiki. Our one bedroom condo in the newly renovated Pat's at Punaluu building has it all! You will find a completely remodeled kitchen with updated cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer in the unit, a King Size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a flat screen LCD panel TV, a docking station for your ipod and wireless internet for your use.
Enjoy your coffee on the large lanai as you watch the sun rise over the ocean. Stroll along the calm, peaceful beach directly in front of the building - literally steps away or take a dip in the oceanfront pool. You can enjoy snorkeling, swimming, playing in the sand or just doing absolutely nothing on this pristine and uncrowded beach.
Our unit is on the 4th floor and is over 700 sq. feet - this is not a studio - this is a true one bedroom with plenty of room. Other units are similarly priced but they are not updated and they do not have a real bedroom. The building has keyed elevators for your protection and an on site Resident Manager.
Haleiwa, Polynesian Cultural Center, Laie and the North Shore are just minutes away along one of the most scenic drives in Hawaii. Close to shopping, movie theaters and restaurants.
