This brand new house is located off the main street in Playa Hermosa approximately 800 yards from the beach. It is located in a two-house gated and secure complex with a pool, and outdoor cabana. Ideal for a family to enjoy some peace and quiet with your loved ones in our lovely home away from home. Also, the house next door has options to rent individual suites with common kitchen and laundry facility in case you want to come with your extended family or you just want to rent independent rooms. Each room is air conditioned with a private bathroom and balcony. Elegantly furnished with TVs and table and chairs. There are 2, 3 or 4 person rooms available at rates starting at $50.00 dollars a night.
In addition to the relaxing time in the house you will have access to all the amenities of the nearby resort CONDOVAC where owners have membership.
These two-story houses are fully furnished, with ceiling fans and air conditioned. There is handmade wood throughout; all doors and cabinets, as well as the ceilings of the second floor rooms, hallway, and covered terrace. The kitchen in the beach house is fully equipped for 8 people with all the modern appliances, granite countertops, and a bar area. Decorated with tropical and rustic furniture, high cathedral wooden ceilings, separate dining and living area; provides for a tropical get-away with the convenience of access to beach, resort and other local attractions.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony; two bedrooms are located on the second floor and one on the main floor. The second floor has an open, covered and private terrace with a beautiful view of the hills providing a relaxing experience. The pool is located in the front of the house with a waterfall and outdoor cabana. Parking for cars is available inside the gated area. On-site security guard is available 24 hours a day.
The guests can also access amenities of the Condovac Resort, which has 4 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Gym and SPA, nature walks, zip-lines, mini market and a restaurant. They offer you daily activities for every member of the family as well as nightly entertainment.
There are many shops and excellent restaurants to visit close by and a small Italian market store walking distance from the house. Other walking distance attractions include: mini-golf, scuba safari, snorkeling, deep sea fishing and water sport activities. There are five National Parks near to our location including Arenal Volcano and Tabacon Hot Springs. This is one of the most popular tours of the province of Guanacaste; the Arenal Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas (1.5 hour away).
Liberia Airport is a short 20 minute drive over new roads.
Playa Coco is minutes away and provides additional dining and night life.

I am here in Playa hermosa for 2 months! It is a great place to stay.The owner is very helpful and kind. She even had a masseuse come on site for massages. Playa Hermosa is a very small and quiet town. The people are great! Having the option to go to CondoVac is a wonderful addition.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

We stayed in this house for a week and had a great time, the house is very well equipped and the on-site management was very helpful. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the hills and the pool. We also had a great time at the Condovac resort - this is a wonderful add on for this rental. While on the beach you can use the resort's amenities and you have a discount on food and drinks! Excellent!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
