We spent a week in Sedona and this condo was a perfect landing point. We found it clean and cozy and the bed very comfortable (however, since I am on the short side, I needed to use the step-stool to get up into the bed!). Richard was very helpful and accommodating. We found the Red Rock Cafe a great place for breakfast and many eateries close by. The scenery is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this condo to any couple looking for a relaxing place to land at the end of a day of sight-seeing.

Why would anyone want to rent a hotel for more than a night when they could stay in a roomy condo for less money? The one bedroom unit was exactly as the owner described it! It is located conveniently near some of the most beautiful scenery that my husband and I have ever seen. Our only regret was that our stay was too short! Dick, one of the owners, was extremely helpful in planning some of our activities and was easy to contact. We can't wait to return to the area for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was cute, clean and the location is perfect. I began each morning with a short walk to a local coffee house. Beautiful golf courses, the spa, and outlet shopping only minutes away. The owner was extremely helpful. When driving to the condo we phoned him after midnight because we thought we were lost. He was very helpful and even phoned us later to be sure that we arrived safely. It's a beautiful little drive from the condo to downtown Sedona. I highly recommend the Broken Arrow jeep tour. It's fun four wheelin'. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others.

This condo was more than satisfactory. It was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of the market, the coffee house, and other fun attractions. The town itself is beautiful and the view from the condo isn't half bad! Definitely a better price than some of the surrounding hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Sedona. We really enjoyed having a clean, warm, well equipped condo to call "home" for the time we were there. The owners went out of their way to provide everything we needed. Great spot for a couple - quiet with a nice view & so close to the great Sedona Red Rocks, Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater & Petrified Forest.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable condo that's well appointed and central to all amenities. We appreciated the addtional benefits that the owner provided such as complimentary golf and dining discount. Owner also provided useful tips for dining, recreation, and rental car discounts.

We arrived New Year's Eve later afternoon to snow covered red rocks. This was my first time in Sedona during the Winter months. The condo is quite easy to find, and is well located. What a welcoming, nice cozy place to stay. Everything was perfect, including the queen sized sofa bed that looked like it had never been used. Just take your food and clothes; you shouldn't need anything else. Don't forget the camera!! Make sure your stay is long enough to see all the sights. You might even want to stay an extra day as we did. Dick and Deb are the best! A+

My family of three stayed for three nights in the 1-bedroom condo. Our teenage son slept on the fold-out sofa bed. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is very convenient to everything in the Sedona area and has easy access to the main roads etc. A grocery store, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The owner was readily available whenever I called. I used the free pass to the nearby Hilton spa on a rainy day when outdoor activities weren't an option; the Hilton gym is fully equipped and the women's locker room has a huge Jacuzzi. The one drawback to the property is that when the sofa bed is open, easy access to the door is blocked.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this clean and well equipped VRBO. We were always able to find a spot to park our vehicle. And finding the property didn't present a problem. We found the owners exremely responsive to our needs prior to our stay. It is well located in the Village and we enjoyed a round of golf surrounded by the beautiful view. We found a fabulous restaurant called "SHUGRUE'S", but all the recommendations by the owners were good. We will definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental to friends.

The condo was very comfortable, lots of storage which was great since there were 3 of us. Disappointed that the pool was not open. There was a bit too much furniture for the size of the place and our friend said the pull out was pretty lumpy.
Owner response:We have addressed the issue regarding the lumpy sofa sleeper mattress by purchaseing a Temperpedic Mattress Topper which has created a much more comfortable extra bed.
