This vacation rental has covered parking on the ground level. On the first floor as you enter you have a half bath, fully-appointed kitchen with separate laundry room, living room, dining room with pass-through to kitchen, and private screened lanai overlooking canal. Upstairs you have two bedrooms with queen-size beds and there own private bath. Unit has a total of 1275 square feet.
