This is a GORGEOUS “ONE OF A KIND” home with 4 bedrooms, 5 FULL Baths and an 800 SQFT Master Suite with beautiful Lake Travis and Hill Country views. It boast a true pool & hot tub oasis with an outside kitchen and cabana bar. This home also has an observation deck with Lake Travis views perfect for your sunset dinner or just relaxing under that big Texas sun. You will feel like you are at a five star resort!

Completely remodeled this house gives you all the modern conveniences mixed in with that famous Lakeway charm. Enjoy the privacy and outdoor living at its best with a front porch dining and sitting area overlooking miles of beautiful Hill Country views. You'll enjoy a gourmet kitchen with double ovens and granite counter tops and a large great room with a 48” flat screen TV overlooking the pool area. This house could accommodate 10 people, in addition to the master suite each bedroom has its own private full bath. There are two sleep sofas in the Great Room and the Great Room also has a full bath.

This home is only 25 miles from downtown Austin and 30 miles from the Austin Airport. It’s less then a mile to the Lakeway Marina and Live Oak golf Course. Three public golf courses are within five miles and the World of Tennis facility is only two miles away. Also enjoy the conveniences of the brand new Hill Country Galleria Mall only ten minutes away. The famous Oasis Restaurant is 12 miles away.

Boating, golf, tennis, water sports, shopping, fine restaurants, live music and wineries are all just minutes away. Downtown Austin, UT, Longhorn Caves, discount outlets malls (Round Rock & San Marcos) are all within 45 miles. If you are looking for a relaxing, adventurous Austin experience you won’t find a better home!

The maximum persons allowed at the home at anytime during your stay is limited to 12. No reunions, receptions or parties are allowed and this policy will be strictly enforced.

BOATERS: The Lakeway Marina is less then a mile from the house. You can rent boats or a slip for your boat. Slip rentals are $30/night or $150/week.

  • The only problem with this house is that it is always booked:( Boo hoo. We stayed here in 2008 and loved it. I have checked many times to try and return but haven't yet found an open weekend that works for us. It is great great great -- especially if you have a bunch of mixed teenagers like we did. Two of the rooms are in their own private wing and can be closed off for privacy (where the girls stayed). The parents can go upstairs to their retreat and leave the kids alone to have fun watching movies in the living room or hang out on the deck with a beautiful view. A lovely home and perfect for families and friends. Just wish we could find a few days available to come back!

  • My husband, three grown sons and myself stayed at this house for 4 days in May. It was fabulous. The house is very comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard with pool, bar and hot tub was fantastic. The pictures do not do this house justice. I would definitely recommend it and we will stay there again.

  • We spent Memorial Weekend 2008 at this oasis away from home and enjoyed it so much we returned for vacation in April 2009. We felt as though we were at a private resort, from the relaxation of the soothing, cascading waterfall at the outdoor pool to the solace of the front porch or rooftop deck for morning sunrise and evening sunset views. If you are as fortunate as we were, you will see deer crossing the lawn, passing through the neighborhood. We felt at home in this spacious house whether relaxing in the den in front of the big screen or lounging around the outdoor kitchen and bar. When wanting to venture out to eat we enjoyed choosing from a variety of restaurants at the nearby Hill Country Galleria, a shopper's paradise. Eventhough this home is in a great location, near the lake and Lakeway Resort and Spa, we enjoyed lounging around the house and pool most of all.
