With two other homes, we have just decided to selectively rent our primary residence in sunny Newport Beach. Our home is 3700 square feet with three bedrooms, four baths, with a light-bright, fully equipped office (located at front of house), beautiful living room/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining space, comfortable family room with large screen TV. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two baths--two with king sized beds and one with twin beds. Our home was professionally decorated and is filled with comfortable traditional furniture and fine antiques. You can open the Dutch and French doors and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. There is a gas grill and outside dining in a private courtyard.
Located in a prestigious/private beach community, occupied by multi-million dollar homes, BAYSHORES has two private beaches and a marina a few blocks away. You can sip cocktails at sunset, enjoy your lunch and read a book on the beach or join neighbors for a sunset cookout. Gas Grills and tables are provided. A golf cart is provided for your use in touring the neighborhood and beaches. You will have private access, by foot, to the 5-star Balboa Bay Club Hotel and Resort, which is two blocks away and boasts many fine restaurants and activities including workout facilities as well as rental of Duffy Electric Boats for Newport Harbor cruises.
BAYSHORES is 15 minutes from the John Wayne Airport, 35 minutes to Long Beach Airport and 55 minutes from Los Angeles Airport. It is 5 minutes to restaurants and shopping in Fashion Island/Newport Center and 15 minutes from Laguna Beach.
Our community is five minutes from Balboa Island which is a favorite
spot to walk around, enjoy the beautiful homes and yachts. Shops
and restaurants along the main stree are a favorite tourist spot.
Our home is upscale, squeaky clean and neat. We are soliciting a mature couple (or two couples). No smoking or pets are permitted.
We are flexible on dates throughout the year. Just give us a call to discuss. It's not too late to enjoy a summer or fall vacation
in sunny Southern California. Winters are nice too!
Please note - this is not your typical rental. It is a lovely, well appointed home with great amenities, nice neighbors and excellent security.
$8,000 Monthly Rent (30 days minimum)
$1,000 damage deposit (fully refundable)
Maid service included twice a week
Gardener provided weekly
50% payment to reserve
50% remainder payment and damage deposit two weeks prior to occupancy
We prefer payment by check, wire transfer or cash.
