Yes, you can have it all! Enjoy unobstructed views of both Mission Beach and Mission Bay from this gorgeous, immaculately furnished, 3bdrm/2ba Spanish-style beach house located on highly desirable, quiet Kennebeck Court, just 6 blocks North of historic Belmont Park.

Just 50 steps to the ocean with amazing ocean, bay and sunset views. Sit out on your private rooftop balcony in the early morning sipping your coffee and checking your email. Watch the waves, smell the ocean and plan your day. Prepare breakfast in the spacious kitchen before heading out for a fun day of sightseeing in San Diego or maybe a day of riding bikes or just relaxing on the beach.

This apartment was just remodeled from top to bottom. The light and airy living room with hardwood floors is tastefully and comfortably furnished and the soft leather couch is a queen sofabed for additional guests. The California style kitchen is open to the livingroom and has granite counter tops, all new appliances, beautiful cabinets. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV and French doors that open onto an ocean view balcony. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the living room and share an ocean view balcony with a bistro table and chairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There are two full bath/showers.

Cable Internet, WiFi and phone line insures that you can keep in touch with work if necessary and there is Cable TV with DVD/VCR players.

No searching for parking at the beach as this unit comes with one garage and one off-street parking places adequate for large vehicles. Boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella are in the garage. Two beach cruiser bikes available upon request.

In addition to the many wonderful views from the main living areas and bedrooms, there is a large roof deck. Look to the West for a great view of the Pacific Ocean, enjoy bay views to the East, South are the lights of Belmont Park and the historic 1925 wooden rollercoaster and olympic-size indoor plunge, and to the North are the beautiful cliffs of La Jolla. On summer nights, you have a great view of the fireworks from Sea World.

  • This place was really centrally located for us.We were a party of 6 and all were very conforable with our sleeping accomadations.All the golf courses we chose were within a half hour to an hour away.I would reccamend this place very highly.

  • Four of us (early to mid-thirties) stayed in this fabulous condo in mid-May. The location is ideal! The beach, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The views from the condo are priceless. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculately kept and the living area is quite spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed daily bike rides throughout MB, PB, and La Jolla on the bikes provided. All beach equipment is provided as well. Nancy was wonderful to work with, very patient and flexible with all our questions/needs! Thank you Nancy for our wonderful vacation!

  • My husband and I just spent a wonderful week at the Kennebeck house with our son, daughter-in-law and their 2 daughters ages 12 and 3. The house was perfect for our family and was everything that was advertised. The beach is so close and the roof-top patio was a favorite both during the day for soaking up sunshine and at night for watching the SeaWorld fireworks. I would absolutely recommend this house not only for the convenient location but also for the accommodations. Thanks Nancy and Jeremy!

  • Our nieces and their two boys stayed with us the week of March 29 at the Kennebeck house. We all loved it! The house is great, comfortable and provided a sensational view of the ocean. The dolphins chasing fish each evening just off the beach was a favorite sight. The boys loved the freedom of being on the sand digging up a storm with the grown-ups watching from the roof deck or livingroom. They moved the beach from one end of the strand to the other a couple times that week! It was a wonderful vacation for everyone and the house was loved by all. We plan to come back for another week.

  • 715 Kennebeck was the perfect place for our family Christmas reunion. We were easily able to fit (5) -- us, our daughter, and our son and daughter-in-law. The location is good as a base for sightseeing or taking walks on the beach. Kitchen is well equipped and the 2nd parking spot was well appreciated.

  • Our weeklong stay at 715 Kennebeck was fabulous. This was the first time any of the 5 of us had ever visited San Diego. We were here with 3 older teenagers and they loved the house and the city as well. The rooftop table and grill were put to good use - what a treat to be able to see both the ocean and the bay while dining! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the whole house was very clean. We used the laundry facilities quite a bit, so they were an appreciated feature. It was also nice to have beach chairs to use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be near the ocean and feel like they are home as well!

  • Stayed over Labor Day and was great. Closer to the beach then we expected. Looking forward to staying there again. Balcony was much larger then we also expected with a great view of the ocean. Nancy was great to deal with and will do more renting from her in the future.
