Come stay in Beautiful Santa Cruz! We are minutes from Downtown Santa Cruz, The Famous Beach Boardwalk and The Santa Cruz Municipal Municipal Wharf.

Lighthouse Retreat has been a vacation home for family and friends for years and we now want to share it with you. This architecturally significant home was designed by Thatcher & Thompson and was featured in “Better Homes & Gardens” for its passive solar energy system.

It is a 2000 sq ft luxury home with electronically controlled gated driveway, creating a private courtyard/Garden area for outdoor living. Kitchen and all three bathrooms have been recently remodeled using high end luxury finishes and fixtures. It is owned by the original owner.

Main Floor:
Spacious living / dining area with large sectional leather sofa and wood burning fireplace. 42” Plasma TV, Cable, DVD, high speed wireless internet. Beautiful glass dining table expands to seat 10 people.

Gourmet kitchen features Viking range, Jenn-Air French door refrigerator, double drawer dishwashers, microwave, electric coffee maker, all other electric appliances including cuisinart.

“Zen” bathroom with spacious walk in shower.

Den / Office with desk and two leather recliners.

Master bedroom and master bath
Queen bedroom
Single/Twin/King bedroom with versatile trundle bed
Guest bathroom

Detached Unit:

Queen Bedroom with Robes and Slippers provided for convenience.

  • PERFECT! Seven women on their annual weekend away had a wonderful time at the “Lighthouse Executive Retreat”. Just minuets from the beautiful beach and a short drive from “Natural Bridges State Beach “where we witnessed the yearly migration of monarch butterflies. Thank you Jaleen your home is beautiful! And a very special place to spend time at.
