This beautiful condo is in the heart of Carolina Beach, otherwise known as "Pleasure Island". Located on North Carolina's southeast coast along with Wrightsville, Kure, and Fort Fisher beaches and the historical city of Wilmington. This location on the island is ideal for any water enthusiast on the sound with the Intra coastal Waterway and the Cape Fear River within view (1/4 mi.). The ocean is just 2 blocks away.
The condo has a pool with lounge chairs for sun bathing and also table and chairs for eating, drinking and socializing, a cabana area and 32' BOAT SLIP. The ocean is 5 minutes away by boat from the slip. It is great for honeymooners, anniversaries, couple getaways, and family vacations! What more can one ask for? Within blocks you will find excellent dining, shopping, and boat cruises. The island also has the North Carolina Aquarium, State Park, excursions, bike rentals and much more.

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
I love the Carolina Beach area! The beaches are nice and clean. It is not too commercialized. It is very family oriented with many outdoor activities.
Being a real estate broker I did research on properties and found that Carolina Beach has some great deals on real estate.

We had a great time at this property Easter week. The property had a great layout, very nice amenities and the location was ideal. Between the grandparents, adult children and grandchildren everyone was pleased. Trisha was very professional and answered any questions or concerns we may have had before booking. Her description of the property was right on and the family is already talking about our next trip. Thank you for the great accommodations!!! Your property is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We hope to make another visit this summer.

We just spent a week here and it was WONDERFUL! It was our first trip to Carolina Beach but already planning to go back again next year. The condo was perfect for us and our nine month old who loved the pool. Very well maintained property and beautifully decorated. Trisha was very helpful and easy to work with.

Our family has stayed at your "Bluewater" rental every year for the past 5 years and enjoy it immensely. The beautiful accommodations with all the personal touches, the warm, happy feel we have the minute we walk in the door, and your great hospitality make for a wonderful time each year. Although the week we are vacationing is booked at Bluewater we are grateful and excited that you suggested Carolina Bay. It sounds great. We don't have a boat... but we do like having a pool and being so close to the beach. Can't wait! See you soon.
