This location on the island is ideal for any water enthusiast on the sound with the Intra coastal Waterway and the Cape Fear River within view (1/4 mi.). The ocean is just 2 blocks away.
The condo has a pool with lounge chairs for sun bathing and also table and chairs for eating, drinking and socializing, a cabana area and 32' BOAT SLIP. The ocean is 5 minutes away by boat from the slip. It is great for honeymooners, anniversaries, couple getaways, and family vacations! What more can one ask for? Within blocks you will find excellent dining, shopping, and boat cruises. The island also has the North Carolina Aquarium, State Park, excursions, bike rentals and much more.

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
I love the Carolina Beach area! The beaches are nice and clean. It is not too commercialized. It is very family oriented with many outdoor activities.
