My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo!! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely accessable. We enjoyed viewing the awesome sunrise from the balcony. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was nice having all the extra sleep space for guests, if needed. Most condo's we have stayed at in the past have only twin beds in 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was great and fully stocked with utensils. The kids loved having 2 large pools & shuffle board!!. The office staff was helpful to us during our stay. The beach was absolutely incredible. We look forward to staying here again soon!!! Recommended for:Families , age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

If you're looking for a Clean, Updated, Comfortable and all in all EXCELLENT place to stay in New Smyrna Beach...Then look no further!! This unit went far beyond my expectations and I will DEFINITELY be returning for future stays. I have stayed in no less than 8 different condos in the NSB area...And so far, this one is the BEST. The interior of this unit was very clean and updated and also very accommodating. Exterior of the development was also very clean especially the amenities like the 2 GIANT swimming pools, the Club House and also the recreation area (Shuffle Board Courts). Exterior landscaping was very well maintained and manicured. The beach itself is in the "No Drive" section of NSB...Which is a HUGE plus if you have kids and/or spend a lot of time down on the beach. The unit has a VERY comfortable King bed in the oversized Master bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. There are also 2 futon/couches that convert to beds in the living room which could sleep another 4 people!! The flat screen televisions in the Master and Living Room worked perfectly and had a good picture. All kitchen appliances were updated and clean and functioned properly. The 2 bathrooms were also extremely clean and everything functioned perfectly. Lastly...The balcony of this 2nd floor unit was great!!! It overlooks the 2 large pools and has an AWESOME direct ocean view. Another bonus to staying in this unit is that it has a RESERVED front row parking spot that has easy access to both stairs and the elevator!! It's great to be able to come back from a nice dinner out from one of the many restaurants (within a short drive of this unit)...And not have to worry about finding a parking spot!! Bottom line...I can honestly say you will NOT be disappointed if you decide to stay in this unit...My family was very happy and as I mentioned we'll definitely be returning here again soon!!
