(A) BOATHOUSE - Unique 2 story boathouse on the shores of St. John’s Bay on Nagawicka Lake in Delafield that offers spectacular views of the Lake from 26 windows! Inside the upper level is 'open concept', one large room comprising of kitchen, dining area, and living room area with queen sofa hideabed and one bath. Lower level also 'open concept' with two queen sized futons and twin beds. Sleeps 8. Total of 1,058 sq. ft. The full kitchen features a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, utensils, refrigerator, gas range, and toaster. Linens provided. Cable TVs and internet access. Large upper level deck overlooking the lake. It does not get better than this! We promise you ... you will enjoy your stay. We invite you to view the premises at any time. (B) ADDITIONAL space available for larger groups. The neighboring property to the boathouse has a lower level "hotel like suite (2 rooms and bath)" and is available for $500 a week with pier included for a boat. The downside is there are is no kitchen ... no cooking facilities. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator and gas grill on the patio. If you are familiar with Delafield there are many reasonable casual dining places to eat inside or outside within walking distance.
Enjoy shallow, sandy-bottom swimming off your boat (or our pontoon boat) on the sand bars. You can boat or drive to Nagawicka's beautiful sand beach. Due to a soft bottom, swimming off of the pier is not advised. The boathouse is part of a residential area. Walk 2 blocks to downtown Delafield and discover Wisconsin’s finest antique destinations. Visit a host of other art galleries, fine jewelry stores, specialty clothing stores, winery, and restaurants. Boathouse is 2 blocks from public boat launch. Pier has room for 3 boats. Secure garage parking available upon request. Conveniently located midway between Milwaukee (20 minutes) Madison (45 minutes) off Interstate I94.
