We really enjoyed our vacation at Theater in the Woods. This was our first visit to Vermont and it was awesome. So much too see and so much to do. Loved your place and this area so much we're thinking of buying either a time-share or a condo for ourselves. Had a fabulous relaxing time and can't wait to come back. It is soooo-o-o-o beautiful here!! Loved sitting on the porch for breakfast, watching True Lies, Shall We Dance (ours) on the magnificent system. The pool was great! Very welcoming - It feels sort of like home. Good space. Well euipped kitchen. big TV. Comfortable Deck. Rented bakes, went off sweet jumps, drunk beer, watched fireworks, did Smugglers notch, spent time in the pool and hot tub - long walk in the dark under the starts after the fireworks! This place is very welcoming, it feels sort of like home. Good space, well equiped kitchen, Big TV. Comfortable deck. We visited the farmers market, the Teddy Bear Factory, lots of craft stores, hiked at Trapps Family lodge, did the ski museum, visited the sculpture garden, went swimming, and ate at Pie in the Sky. Our favorite places (we definitely recommend these): Sunset Grill, Trapps Tea Room, Burlington ECHO center, Flemming Museum, Jazz concert, Ben and Jerry's, Glass Blowign, and the Cider Mill. But the best best best was being with grandma and grandpa.

We had a lovely time in the Theater in the Woods! Very clean and comfortable and we loved the entertainment system! Did lots of skiing and eating! Looking forward to another trip next year!

Came to ski - watch movies and tobogan. It was great! Had lots of fun! Enjoyed the comfortable place, esp. the Theatre. Favorite moments: Hanging out at night by the fire. Places we'd recommend - the giant hill behind the local school. Karen, Stan, Aysha, Kyle, Joel, Susan, and Pang

Ski, Ski, Ski! All the kids had lots of fun learning to ski. We ate good food at Stowe Restaurants too! Congradulations on your condo - it is very nice. We enjoyed watching movies on TV and DVD. Skiing was excellent with 15" of snow in 4 days!!!! Thanks for letting us ski together. Thank you for the home theatre - it was good entertainment for the kids. Particularly loved watching - and singing - the Sound of Music.

Came for a Thanksgiving Reunion at the Foxfire - Visited with large family - and had a wonderful time. Best memories - having breakfast on the deck - and playing Rummy. Thoroughly enjoyed your home theatre and your decorating. Comfortable home with much charm. Thank you for lending us your home. I fell in love with the kitchen and deck. It was definitely a vacation to remember. I really enjoyed the theater in the Woods. I loved the deck, the privacy, the birds singing in the morning. It felt like I was at home - even though I was miles away. I really enjoyed some of your games an dmovies. when I'm at home, I usually don't have enough time to watch movies or relax. So to sum it up, I loved it, I enjoyed myself, and mostly I really relaxed a lot! Maria (and Manny, Riveria, Jasmine, and Rodriguiz)

This was a much needed vacation. I got a lot of excercise and relaxation. I was comfortable at "Theatre in the Woods", everything was perfect. Big screen surround sound, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and deck. Everything was good - a perfect Get-away from Brooklyn, NY. Thank you - Manny

Favorite moments - sitting in the jacuzzi relaxing my aching old muscles and bones after running 4-6 miles on rec path and playing 27 holes of golf at farm resort (great scenery and greenery!) - loved the rec path, loved the big T.V., and totally enjoyed reading Jim Bootin's book Sing your heart out country boy! (top left hand book shelf).

Everyone was so friendly! This was our annual "mmie's weekend away" - We shopped, we played cards, we walked the hiking path, swam in the pool, ate and had fun. Best part - laughing with the best group of girls anyone could ever know! Angela, Moe, Chrissy, Karen, Linden, Brenda and Stacy

It was a very enjoyable vacation spot. Relaxing and peaceful, lots of outdoorsy things to do. Enjoyed all the restaurants. The condo was great, the screened in porch and the decor was very nice. Would highly recommend it. Looking forward to our next visit!

A great weekend in Vermont with great friends, great weather and a great place to stay. Went for a hike on what seemed to be the best day of the year, toured the Ben & Jerry's factory, took a short car ride to see the State Capitol and relaxed in the evening with some good takeout and games. We are now planning to do the same trip every year. What a wonderful place. Joe, Nicole, Cassie, Dave, Maggie and Jesse.

stayed here in March 2004, and had a great ski week. The place is freshly decorated, the sound and movie system is easy to use, and was enjoyed by all. The pub/restaurant at the bottom of the hill was excellent for the evenings when we were too tired to cook. Leslie, the owner, answered all my questions in advance, and all the answers were correct..ie. minutes to the hill, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped from several mixing bowls to a small cooler you can use to take your lunch to the chalet. We'd come back.

Great holiday! Sunny, mostly in the 30's with some patchy sun. For novice skiers - the tollhouse part of Stowe is outstanding. No crowds, fun and easy. Our favorite restaurants were Gracies and the Red Basil. Best part of our holiday was watching my son and daughter gain skill and confidence on the slopes.

This is our 6th year at Stowe, and our 5th time staying at Mountainside. It's our First time for this condo (Theatre in the Woods) - and we loved it! The big screen TV, the fireplace, the comfortable setting and the view were grand. Wonderful stay! The beauty and the quiet of Stowe - we hope it never changes!

Loved the relaxing downtime! Didn't do much of anything - and it was wonderful! Took long walks, visited Montreal, did some Christmas shopping in Burlington. And did a LOT of reading. Great. All the amenities from home already here made the Theatre a cozy retreat and truly special. Thanks for the much needed quiet and downtime!

Most special moment - our great dinner at the 'Stowehof Inn" - spectacular food with a view to match. Spent most evening playing cards or enjoying the good games in the condo - did go canoeing one day - and even got a hole in one at the stowe golf park! Also - drove thru smuggler's notch and went to the summit of Mt Mansfield - outrageous view! Judy, Gary, Beverly and Bob

We enjoyed the condo. Very comfortable arrangement of bedrooms for two families. Natalie (age 6) loved the bunk beds - and swam in the pool everyday. Our favorite places to eat - Olive Grove, Shed, and Thacher's Brook - excellent food at all 3. Loved dessert at the Trapps Austrian Tea Room - beautiful views. The 108 Grill was a nice surprise, as was Gracies, and the Shed - it's hard to get a terrible meal in Stowe. Loved the privacy of the porch (grin), it's the first time we've stayed in a unit with so much personality. The Big Screen TV saves the rainy days and the porch is great for the nice days - you can't lose! Bob and Joyce

Highlight of our stay was watching the "Theatre-sized" TV with surround sound. The theatre is so luxurious - it made our vacation so enjoyable. And it is so so relaxing here.

We came to attend and run a thyroid cancer survivors booth at the Stowe "Weekend of Hope". During our stay we worked at the health fair, went to Ben and Jerry's, Cabots, Emily's bridge, climbed a mountain (sort of), went out to eat, and enjoyed the serenity of the beautiful mountains and scenery! We snuggled by the fire, watched Spiderman about 52 times (my son's favorite), and relaxed in your beautiful condo. I truly want to thank you for your tremendous generosity. The "Weekend of Hope" is so important to us for many reasons. I am only 26 years old, my son is 5. My illness has taken so much of my time, money, and energy! Thank you so much for allowing us to have a family vacation that we never would have been able to take. I am writing in your guest book, sitting on the deck, and enjoying the last few hours of this peacefullness. This weekend could not have come at a more 'needed' time in my life. This place was awesome. Very home like and cute to stay in. We watched movies, visited Ben and Jerry's, made home cooked food for once (no school dining hall food), went back to school for Junior Ring Ball, and watched more movies! We came to ski, ski, ski and watch movies! Success on all counts. Had a great time, thanks to Leslie! She is an excellent host. Lots of nice touches in the place that you wouldn't find in a normal condo. She's obviously thought about her guests. And if you are looking for restaurant recommendations - get the scoop from Leslie. She recommended places to eat, to rent equipment - even to get groceries.

Really quite nice here, and the (rather impressive) entertainment center is quite simple to operate. One thing .. a soap/shampoo holder in the first bathroom would be nice - perhaps just one of those things that hangs from the shower head? Leslie here: Done!

Happy Thanksgiving! What a wonderful long weekend! We had lots of snow and the kids had a great time in ski school, sledding and enjoying your lovely town.
