  My daughter and I recently stayed at this home in Sunriver. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. The house was spotless (the carpets had actually just been cleaned before we arrived) and everything we needed was available in the home. We made use of the hot tub and pool that was exclusively for the homes in the Powder Village subdivision. We also used the passes that were made available to us for the new SHARC complex. We loved floating around the lazy river! The home is in the Sunriver Business Park which is not in the main Sunriver complex but it is a very short walk to the village. Also, with all the things to do in Sunriver we spent very little time in the condo. I have no reservations in recommending this home.

  This condo was actually really great! Both beds were super comfortable and the living room furniture was as well. In my opinion those are the top two "must-haves". The location was close to the village and the condo was quiet. Great to have a BBQ! On the flip side the kitchen could have been a bit better stocked. No salt/pepper, cutting knife and only small pans. Would have been nice to have a remote in the bedrooms.. Other than those small "housekeeping issues" I would rate the experience at a 90% satisfaction. We will book again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. SHARC passes were a great bonus. Nice location within walking distance of athe Village. Our only disappointment was the lack of AC on several 90 degree days. We were glad there were fans.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We were very happy with the condo. It is very comfortable and home like unlike hotels. The grounds and pool are taking very good care of. I have already recommed this condo to friends of ours. We can't wait to come back again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We had a lovely time staying at your comfortable condo. I loved being able to avoid the SunRiver traffic! The bed was very comfortable, the heating efficient and the parking convenient. Thank you!
