Newly renovated, two-bedroom, two-bath larger unit condo at River Oaks Golf course. There is a fully furnished kitchen and a washer and dryer. New wood floors and new kitchen floor. Master bedroom has a king sized bed that converts to twin beds with full bath a walk-in closet , and a sliding door with access to the screened in porch. Second bedroom has twin beds.
This is a larger unit, 1000 Sq. Ft., with a great room that also has a sliding door to the larger screened porch overlooking the golf course. We have 3 TV's, one in each bedroom and a new 42" flat screened TV in the great room with DVD and VCR. Ceiling fans in each room. Pool and hot tub are just a short walk and can be seen from the front of the building. Walking distance to Bob Evans Restaurant for a great breakfast or any meal!!!

Historic Charleston, SC is a 2 hr. drive and riverboat gambling is in No. Myrtle Beach.
We are located on Rt. 501 and 17B. A new upscale outdoor mall. The Market Common has just opened and is located between Business 17 and 17S. The mall includes many stores, restaurants, Borders Books, Movie complex,etc. We are just minutes to beaches, Factory Mall Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall (indoor), Pelican's Ballpark, Broadway at the Beach (outdoor shopping and numerous restaurants), and a new addition...Wonder Works is now opened at Broadway. Newly opened Dolly Pardon's Pirate show, and there is a Wave Park, Palace Theater, and many golf courses. A short drive to Carolina Forest on River Oaks Drive takes you to a new Italian restaurant, Villa Mare where the food is excellent and the drive there eliminates traffic.
The Public Beach is just a 10 minute drive.. It has been renovated with a new boardwalk featuring outdoor eating, and a new Skywheel (large ferris wheel) overlooking the ocean. Also, Coastal Uncorked featuring Paula Deen and Jimmy Buffet has an added location on the beach.
