Classic Tahoe Chalet with vaulted exposed beam ceilings and rustic feel but with all the extras including large HOT TUB on deck, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV with DVD, VCR, and sound system.
Two bedrooms downstairs, very large bedroom upstairs ( currently with four single beds) plus a loft area with two more single beds.
Also, a pullout sofa in the living room. ** Plenty of room for two full families and lots of kids!!
Full bath up and down.
Private, woodsy setting with a GREAT sled hill right outside the patio.
House is surrounded by Pine trees and open space for that perfect peaceful, tranquil "Tahoe" setting. You would be surprised how many Tahoe homes have nice pictures BUT do not reveal that they are fully surrounded by other homes. At our place, you would have to be a real good athlete to throw a stone far enough to reach our nearest neighbor. True Privacy!!
FYI---please don't throw stones at our neighbors :)
We are child friendly and pet-friendly. It is a relaxed and comfortable, cozy home. Not overly fancy and not a disaster if something gets spilled. We want you to be relaxed and have fun.
We are still only minutes from skiing at Heavenly, boating on the lake, or enjoying the casinos. Pioneer Trail provides non-tourist short cut to skiing & casino and avoids all that traffic.
Golf course is less than five minutes, The great new bike Trail is one minute away. Boating, horseback riding, beach are only ten minutes away.
The HOT TUB on the deck is the perfect way to relax and enjoy the air, smells, and gentle sounds of a breeze thru the pine trees after a great day out in nature.
It's a great house and a great relaxing get-away
