This being our first time to Hawaii found this condo to be very clean and safe on the 23rd floor. The photos are accurate..the views of Diamond Head, downtown Waikiki and the golf course were stunning. It felt like a cosy home away from home.Everything that was needed was there.Having a washer/dryer in the condo was great. The pool and hot tub was most inviting after a day of sightseeing. If you rent a car, there is parking space in the garage. The bus stop is right in front of the building.Walking around whether to Safeway or to Waikiki Beach --everything is close by.This condo was perfect for us! The owner was very easy to work with. We will be back again and would stay here.I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. Mahalo and Aloha!
Owner response:Thank you Cindy. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Until next time!

I used to live about two blocks away from this condo. I came back to Hawaii to visit friends and brought my dad along. We loved the view from the lanai. Everything was clean. The only problem we had was that the curtain rod fell down in one of the showers, and I wasn't able to get it to stay up again. This didn't really bother me though. This place is much more affordable and spacious than a hotel room in Waikiki, and the neighborhood is quieter. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. I walked on Wakiki every morning. Everything we needed was included at the condo.. Nice pool. Beautiful view of Wakiki (especially the night view). 2 nearby restaurants that we would recommend are Side Street Inn & Uncle Bo's. Safeway is a couple of blocks from the condo. Owner was great with answering questions and response time. .

Great vacation locale for a family of three or four with some familiarity of the area. Parking space was free...a bonus in Honolulu. Felt like a "local" living in a condo just on the edge of Waikiki. Property could use some updating. The building (built in the early 70's??) and grounds are well maintained. It's an easy walk (about a mile) to Kalakaua Avenue. Hubby and I walked to the Waikiki Shell to take in a Tahitian dance competion. Beautiful, unobstructed views, as others have commented. Would rent this property again.

The unit provided a comfortable lodging for our family of 4. With 2 teenagers vacationing with us, the 2 bathrooms were so nice to have. The view is spectacular as we enjoyed our “home prepared” breakfasts or sometimes dinners in the Lanai. The unit is centrally located where it’s a short walk to everywhere from supermarket (Safeway), restaurants, golf course and Waikiki beach walk. And, if you’re a fan of Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-In and Dives, the Rainbow Drive-In is literally 10 minutes walking distance from the condo where the food is good, plentiful and cheap (Haiwaii’s standard). We ran into the neighbor couple with their little dog who were very nice. The only mindful thing we had to pay attention to is door slamming due to high wind, since the unit is on the 23rd floor. The parking space is tight, but, manageable. We had a great time whether driving, exploring the entire island or just walking around the neighborhood.

We were very happy with the location, the comfort, and definitely the "views" from this 23rd floor condo. The lanai was huge and added to the spaciousness and comfort of the unit. Walking to the main Waikiki attractions (beach, shopping areas, restaurants) was not a problem and it was great not to have to look for parking in those busy areas. Watching the golfers from the lanai was also a fun thing to do while enjoying breakfast. All in all, it was a great experience!!! Aloha!

Convenient location, close to neighborhood restaurants, supermarket, Leonard's (yummy malasadas), and Snorkel Bob's (snorkeling equipment rental). Walking distance to Waikiki. Bedrooms, bathrooms comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen well equipped, a little tight if more than one person cooking -- some additional basic condiments would be a nice touch. Enjoyed pool and hot-tub -- had it to ourselves when we went down. Can be noisy in the back bedroom when the winds pick up. A light on the lanai would make evening meals easier. The view from the lanai (balcony) was great: enjoyed watching the golfers; the view of Diamond Head was just like the posting; Waikiki at night was brilliant. Overall a very nice stay.

We love the view, can stay there all day long. The fact that it's next the golf court make the view even better. You don't feel crowded like Waikiki beach, and you can see the whole downtown area and the ocean. It's way better than ocean view it's self. Room is clean and well-maintained. The owner is very kind. Will definitely recommend this property.

The best review I can give is that I would recommend this unit to family and friends. The location was the greatest. The only thing I would recommend is you bring a corkscrew - none in the unit - had to borrow from next door neightbor....:}
Owner response:I agree, the best "review" would be recommendation to family and friends!! Thank you!! P.S. wine opener is in the unit. Look in the cabinet with the wine glasses!!

This well maintained condo on the 23rd floor with its fantastic views of Diamond Head and Waikiki was a home away from home with all its amenities. The lanai was larger than most. With restaurants, gas stations, a bakery and a Safeway within walking distance, the location is very convenient. There were two couples in our group so two bathrooms were a real plus. Another plus was having a wireless connection. If driving, there is also a parking space in the garage. It is a jaunt to the beach if walking, but there is reasonably priced parking at the zoo if driving. The owner is very conscientious and helpful.

This is a comfortable condo with a fantastic view and is a great value. The condo was clean and well-kept and stocked. We had pretty much everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with and has great email communications. The photos are accurate. After our stay, our deposit was returned promptly. We chose this condo mostly for its location - close to our daughter's apartment. We usually rent condos in Waikiki but were a little tired of staying above the bars and noisy streets. Even with the traffic on Date St, this area is quieter. We were also looking for a large usable lanai and this one is great. We spent most of our time out there with our morning coffee and afternoon drinks watching the golfers, sunrises and sunsets. We remembered to bring binoculars and were glad we did. Even tho the weather at ground level was windy, the lanai was not, just a perfect breeze. Being so close to Safeway was a plus so we ate in quite a bit. We don't rent a car while we are in Honolulu, we take The Bus. The #3 runs right by the building and can take you downtown to the Ala Moana Center, Walmart, Sams Club, etc. If you cross the street and get on #3 the other direction, you can get off at Diamond Head Crater and hike to the top. The view is worth the hike. I also take the bus to the gym, church and sightseeing. Good way to travel around. If you do rent a car, the parking space with this condo is a big plus - it can be expensive to park at other locations. Having a washer and dryer IN THE CONDO was really great. We spent a week "island hopping" before arriving at this condo and the ability to pack light and do laundry as soon as we got here was wonderful. Although the building is an older one, it is safe and secure and mostly occupied by condo owners. Really feels like being at home. I was thrilled with the hot tub, they are hard to come by in Honolulu. We didn't use the BBQ, but other tenants did while we were there and it looked to be in good condition. All in All - I would definately recommend this condo.

This place is great!! The pictures are exactly what it looks like. Great views and location. It is an easy walk to the beach and yet just far enough away from the crowd. It worked perfectly for us. We went with another couple and had plenty of room. I would stay here again!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and it could not have been better. The condo was the best find ever!! It suited our needs just wonderful. The view is awesome and a short distance from everywhere fun. It is close enough to the beach and shopping that you can walk if you choose to. I know that if we go back any time soon, or not so soon, we will be looking to book this unit again, felt like home!! Thank you so much for the great accommodations !

We had a great time on Oahu despite the tsunami warning and really appreciated being able to return to "our condo" at night after a busy day of sightseeing. Everything was perfect. Even the neighbors were helpful with advice on where to eat, etc. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo for our first, but not last, trip to Hawaii. I was at your place for 3 weeks in January and February 2011, for a second time, and it's always been beautiful as usual. Situated in a great and convenient location, near Safeway (5 minutes walk) and Waikiki beach. The building is secured and very clean. The appartment is very convenient, cozy and well-maintained. Great view from the lanai (Waikiki sunset, Diamond Head,...) It is sure that I will be there for third time in winter 2013. I really appreciated my stay and I recommanded your place to a friend of mine.

We had a fun time while staying at the condo! The view is wonderful! The location was good too! This is not a new condo by any means and if you understand the building is older..you will have good expectations. The owner is very helpful with any problems. Driving is difficult in Honolulu...so be prepared for that also or stay on the beach and don't rent a car...

We spent the first week of Jan 2011 at this location and enjoyed our time very much, it was hard to leave and return to the cold and rain. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, enjoyed the openness of the apartment when the doors to lanai were open. It has a fabulous view from 23rd floor of Diamond Head and the Waikiki skyline from the lanai. Spent many hours on the lanai watching daylight arrival (due to the time difference), sunsets and the golfers on the golf course. Thought it was great being away from the tourist area of Waikiki but yet close enough to partake of all the aspects of the area. It is a very convenient location with easy access to Waikiki. Would highly recommend this listing and if and when we revisit Oahu we will defiantly stay here again.
Owner response:Thank You. I look forward to your next stay with us!!

Fabulous location close to Waikiki, parks, the zoo and shopping. Very well-appointed unit with plenty of room for our family of four. The Safeway down the street is within easy walking distance (check out the Korean Barbeque place next door). Would most certainly stay here again during our next visit to Oahu!

The most fabulous unobstructed views of Diamond Head and the Waikiki skyline from the lanai. The condo is practically at the pent house level and the cross winds from the mountains provide the most comfortable white noise for sleeping. I loved sleeping with all the windows every night. This was the perfect walking location near all the great restaurants, Safeway, coffee, etc. The condo is the perfect hub to reach all that you'd want to do. When we return next time, I would suggest a compact or mid-sized rental. The parking lot is a bit tight and will make for easier parking and entering/exiting from the vehicle. Mahalo for the fantastic rental!!

We stayed from July 1 through July 12 in 2010 for a huge Hawaii family reunion and my parents' 80th birthday party who were born and raised in Hawaii. This condo was perfect and enhanced our stay tremendously. Everything about its description and fantastic view were right on. I brought my two children (both over 21 years old) to Hawaii for the first time to meet their Hawaii relatives. They loved the condo and the free internet access. This condo fit our needs with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It wasn't easy to find such nice, clean accommdations for three people. We enjoyed viewing the 4th of July firework show from the lanai. Outstanding view of Diamond Head and Waikiki. The owner was very accommodating in answering promptly all my questions. Even without air conditioning the nice breezes from front and back kept it comfortable. The parking as in most parking lots in Hawaii is tight; but it was very nice to have guest parking available. Its location was very convenient and easy to walk to grocery store, bakery, snorkel rental and Waikiki condos where my sisters stayed. I am so glad that I found this condo using this web site. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Mahalo.

We were in Hawaii to celebrate the collage graduation of our two older children and needed a space close to my daughter house and my wife’s mother (both live on the island). We like how close it was the family, the beach, neighborhood restaurants, and grocery stores. Plus, my little nieces loved the pool. We will be stay here again.
