Located on a quiet cul du sac above the sparkling Pacific, this tasteful yet comfortably decorated 4-bedroom home will create the perfect Oceanside summer retreat.

Two minutes by car or 20 minutes walking takes you to a dramatic secluded beach with warm sands and tide pools for exploring. Five minute drive into the mountains brings you to Charmlee City Park, which boasts miles of world-class hiking and biking, trails.

Nights in the outdoor spa watching the Milky Way and counting shooting stars may become a favorite way to end your day. Or, cozy up in the master suite with sundeck, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and 50-inch flat screen for late night movies.

There’s more than enough room for you and your family with master bed and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, a guestroom with bath and shower ensure plenty privacy and comfort for guests.

Large open family room and living room each invite you with their fireplaces and adjoining formal dining room. The large kitchen with accompanying breakfast bar provides the perfect spot for lazy mornings.

Amenities	Air Conditioning: Air conditioning units for upstairs and main floor, so you can choose which areas to cool.. or just rely on that ocean breeze! Washer Dryer Linens Provided: All bedding is of luxury class linens. You won't be disappointed Off Street Parking: The driveway can easily park 4 cars. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: The driveway can accommodate a trailer or RV, It can sit off to the side of the driveway. Gas Fireplace (2): We have two beautiful gas fireplaces. The Master bedroom has a remote device for easy on and off while you are in lying in bed. The formal living room has an inviting gas fireplace that quickly takes the chill from the room. Wood Fireplace: The family room has an easy to use wood fireplace. Gas igniter if you wish. There is some wood available for you to use.
Beds	Queen Bed (2): The masterbedroom has a queen bed with mounted reading lights which each have their own switch. The view from the Mater bed is out to the ocean. The en suite guestroom also has a queen bed. Double Bed (2): The two other bedrooms which are ideal for kids have double beds. One of the double beds is a loft, fun for kids 5 and older! The other double bed has a wonderful mattress, so comfortable you would think it was the master bed! Convertible Bed: One of the double bed has a "trundle" bed underneath. Easily pulls out to a single bed and then easily stores in the morning.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: 2 TV's are connected to cable. The master bedroom TV has TiVo capability. TV (No Cable/Satellite) (2): The guest room TV is not connected to cable but has a VCR and DVD player. There is a TV with a gaming system available in the game room (garage bay conversion). DVD (3) VCR (3) Video Library: There is a small library of DVD's and Videos. WiFi (Wireless Internet): You can use your laptop computer anywhere in the house with the wireless router. Even enjoy being connected to the internet out on the deck or in the game room.
