If you want the most amazing views of the river then this is the home for you! This 3BR, 2BA house has the most beautiful un-obstructed views of the river and you can sit anywhere on the large patio or from the pool and admire the stunning scenery. This is a very relaxing and peaceful place to bring the family. Great vacation home!
We recently remodeled the kitchen with all new appliances and granite counter tops. The bathrooms were also remodeled with new cabinets and granite. This home is fully furnished. It has a leather couch, new dining room table, big screen TV with surround sound, CD/DVD player and two new plush queen sized beds.
The Patio has an awesome stereo system from corner to corner with BOSE speakers. Since this home is on an acre piece of property there is plenty of parking for multiple boats, cars and trucks. Don't forget the sand toys either, because right across the street is plenty of hills for riding. We are close to the new shopping center and minutes away from Windsor launch ramp.
You won't find a better deal in Havasu for such a great home!!
