I go to this place every year and it's a beach house (no more no less) that has everything you need and is 1 short block from the beach. It's right next to a rest. that plays loud music at night but if that sounds like a good time (that you might even join) then you'll love this place. If it sounds like an annoyance then you won't. Simple. I go w/ a group of friends who want to have lots of fun, possibly host some parties ourselves, and save a little money while having convenience.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Best possible location in Sayulita. Very comfortable home with excellent backup from maid service and handyman.Perfect beach a block away. Only problem was outdoor disco next door started at midnite and went on til up to 4 am. We bought industrial ear protectors but to no avail. Stop the music and you are in vacation heaven - with the music you are in vacation hell.Owner response: There is no noise from next door, they went out of business
