Come and experience all that this quaint Mexican town has to offer and stay in our luxurious new fourth floor unit condo that was just completed in March 2008. One of the outstanding features of this condo is it's massive deck. It stretches across the front of the living room and master bedroom and includes a table and chairs, loungers,a cozy love seat with an umbrella as well as a barbecue. The perfect area for soaking up the sun, reading, eating, enjoying a drink or just enjoying the view. The deck will be the focal point of your vacation - begin the day with breakfast on the deck while watching the whales and dolphins that winter there and end it with a cocktail while enjoying the warm night breezes and the spectacular sunsets. Spend the day reading or sunning yourself on the deck, playing in the ocean that is just a few steps away or laying by the incredible infinity pool on any of the beach chairs provided.
We have furnished our condo with the best furniture and amenities available. We know that you want your vacation to be enjoyable and this starts with a good nights sleep. We have very comfortable beds and top quality linens, pillows and towels. There are two TVs, cable, DVD's and a DVD library if you can tear yourself away from the views. Curl up on the leather sofa and love seat and watch a movie or catch up on your favorite TV shows from home. You can check your emails from the condo or while sitting out on the deck using the wireless internet.
Common amenities include an infinity pool, loungers, a BBQ area and a gym. Steetwise there is a gated pedestrian and vehicle entry and open parking with a reserved parking spot for each condo.
Our property manager will greet you when you arrive at the unit and will do everything she can to ensure that your visit is memorable. We have an information package at the condo that will help you find your way around. For example where are the best restaurants, where to shop for food, where to rent a car, how to organize a massage on the balcony (heaven) or a manicure and pedicure, how to organize a catered meal and who to talk to about activities in the area.
Enjoy the spectacular views from the fourth floor. It is very quiet and private - feel free to sleep with the patio doors wide open and enjoy the caressing ocean breezes all night and fall asleep to the lapping of the waves.
Bucerias offers many amenities. It is one of the best spots in the Banderas Bay area because it offers so much while still retaining it's small town charm. There are many first class restaurants in the town as well as a host of activities to keep you as busy as you want to be.
