This beautiful villa was furnished by one of the islands premier designers and has an “island connection” feel. THE DECOR IN THIS VILLA HAS BECOME SO POPULAR THAT BOTH THE DESIGNER AND THE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY HAVE PHOTOGRAPHED IT FOR USE IN THEIR PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS! It connects the rich history of Polynesia with the Big Islands landscapes and its people. We have joined the Waikoloa Golf Club which allows our renters SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED GREENS FEES of $50 on the Kings Course and $75 on the Beach course (a savings of $80 on the Kings and $55 on the Beach per golfer!) THE SAVINGS OF YOUR GOLF ROUNDS COULD HELP TOWARDS PAYING FOR YOUR NIGHTS IN OUR VILLA! Inside you will find furnishings especially commissioned for the property along with an extensive collection of art by local Big Island artists. One prominent art piece is a one-of-a-kind dramatic Hawaiian Volcano trip-tic commissioned by famous local artist Rosemary Miller. No cheap furnishings slopped in just so that the owners can rent the place. This villa is stylishly yet comfortably furnished for your family or friends. The floor plan is generous and allows for two couples staying together to occupy bedrooms on two separate floors for privacy. If you only need two bedrooms, the third bedroom can be locked off at a savings to you.
The views from the villa are fascinating including ocean, golf course and Mauna Kea. You will delight in awaking each morning to a view of the ocean from the Master bed, on the upper lanai, or sipping Kona coffee on the lower lanai. Even your guests will be enchanted by the stunning views of Mauna Kea and an ocean peak out their guest bedrooms. At night, the lulling sounds of the ocean can often be heard from the lanais and master bedroom as our villa is close to the Hilton hotels bay.
The ocean club is situated on a prime point with views north and south up and down the coast. From December-April whales can be seen frequently. The club has a grill serving a wide variety of traditional and gourmet items and full bar service from a beautiful Koa wood bar.
The lagoon style swimming pool has a section for the kiddies with a misting turtle as well as a section for adults,a waterfall and also a sand bottom Jacuzzi!
So let's do that math on the golf discount again. If a foursome for golf on the Kings course regularly pays $520, YOUR foursome, while staying in our villa will pay $200. That is a savings of $320 each time you play. If a foursome for golf on the Beach course regulary pays $520, YOUR foursome, while staying in our villa will pay $300. That is a savings of $220. If you're going to have a golf vacation, why not stay in our villa which is the developers featured decorated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom pick, get a great view, a good value and a BIG savings on your golf! The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There is no doubt that our villa is the nicest if not one of the top two nicest furnished villas in all of Halii Kai. We have heard that comment from the complex developers sales staff who have been inside almost every villa. We have also heard that comment from previous renters who come back and will only rent our particular villa each visit. Our villa has the ability to be utilized as either a two bedroom or three bedroom villa. The views in this location are outstanding and include excellent views of the ocean, golf course AND the following mountain ranges: Hualalai, Kohala Range, Mauna Kea.

We can not thank you enough for sharing your BEAUTIFUL Hawaiian home with us for this special trip, the pictures do not do it justice. It was right out of a designer magazine and we can not wait to go back. It truly was the complete package that included everything we needed at our fingertips including the tennis rackets, basketball, and especially the beach stuff that included boogie boards, ice coolers, umbrella, and beach chairs which we used on our trip to Mauna Kea Beach. Never again will we stay in a regular hotel room when we can pay the same amount for a condo like yours. The grounds were beautiful and offered tennis, basketball, a pool that was a GREAT whale watching spot, the Club house and restaurant, and even the open air fitness center offered spectacular ocean views. The golfers in our party golfed on both the Beach and Kings courses at the GREATLY discounted rates (thanks to your Premiere Membership in the Waikoloa Golf Club) and would highly recommend both of the courses. Regarding the food and beverages, we did not eat or drink at the Ocean Club located on the property. We chose to buy our own food and beverages at Walmart in Kona (cheapest alcohol we found anywhere around) and drove over to Waikoloa Village and picked up most of our food there. We took advantage of the BBQ grill located on your private lanai one night and I believe it may have been the best meal of the entire trip. On behalf of our party a BIG MAHALO!!!

We are glad you were able to utilize the convenience of "dining in" with the gas grill on our lanai; although next time we can also suggest many wonderful dining outlets in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area for you to enjoy as well! However......when you are sitting on our upper lanai, cocktail in hand and watching the sun set into the ocean, it is all too tempting to just "stay where you are!" we get it!!!! We look forward to hosting you again in the near future. Remember, Hawaii is not as far away as you think. Once you have experienced life in paradise, you will always want to return. Meanwhile, we are confident that some of the mana of the island returned home with you. Aloha!

Your place is amazing and I love all of the decorations. The basketball and tennis courts are so nice and convenient. Thank you so much for getting the Hawaiian themed movies and books, that was so thoughtful. The ocean club was wonderful and I can't have imagined your house to be nearly as nice as it was.
