Looking for a great place to vacation at the beach. Check out our beautiful beach villa located at Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, South Carolina,a private gated community with 24 hours security. We have four beautiful fishing lakes,tennis courts,basketball court,large softball field,volleyball court,bocce court,horseshoes and lots of walking space. There is also a playground area for small children. The village is located on approximately 180 acres. FOR THIS YEAR there is also a FITNESS CENTER. However, there is a charge per person per week, ($25.00) Open 5:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. each day.
Our home features two bedrooms with two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. Master bedroom has queen-size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed, and the living room has a queen-size, pull-out sofa.
Also, our beach home offers a large kitchen with an island surface unit, built-in microwave oven, full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dining room table and chairs and lots more! Three color TV's with cable, VCR and DVD player/Radio/We HAVE ALSO ADDED HIGH SPEED ROADRUNNER
(lite)INTERNET SERVICE FOR YOUR COMPUTER however, there is a charge of $30.00 per month from Oct. 1st. to April 30th. We have a large bar with bar stools and dining room table. Our den area is very large and comfortable. Our home has approximately 1450 square feet including the screened in porch.
We ask that you provide your own paper products. We provide the linens an towels for the home however, if you would like to bring your own linens an towels that is your choice. We ask that you leave the home in the condition that you found it since there is NO MAID SERVICE.
We have two pools, one is outdoors and the other one is enclosed and heated. They both have kiddie pools.
Our home is approximately 1 to 2 minutes to the pools and approximately 3 to 4 minutes to the beach by golf cart.
Also, we have a large screened-in front porch with table and chairs and rocking chairs for your pleasure. The large carport has an enclosed outside shower on our corner lot.There is also a GAS BARBECUE GRILL for your convenience.
A GOLF CART IS PROVIDED (FREE) for easy access to the pools and beach with private beach parking. You must be 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a valid driver's license to operate golf cart. The golf cart has a separate building and separate driveway.
We also have BEACH CHAIRS for your convenience.
We ask that you smoke on the porch or in the carport. We only rent our home to families. We rent our home from Saturday to Saturday.
WE ARE PET FRIENDLY. PLEASE NOTIFY ME IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG OR DOGS.

We just love Oceanside Village. We came down nine years ago an fell in love with the place.
The most wonderful people in the world live in OSV. The private parking lot at the beach plus the showers an restrooms really makes a plus in the summer time. Also the restaurant located on the beach in the parking lot is a plus too.

We furnish a golf cart with this rental unit an we have had numerous customers thank us for the use of a FREE GOLF CART. Going to the beach an pools an just "joy" riding inside the village on the cart is a wonderful experience. Dear Stan & Gail - Thank you for allowing us to stay this year at your beach house - it was everything we could have asked for. The house was roomy and very comfortable - just like being at home (only better cause you were at the beach). Our twin boys (age 2 1/2) absolutely loved sitting at the bar area, we didn't even have to use the hair chairs we brought. If you are looking for a great house - I would definitely pick one of Stan's houses!!!

The grands and our hairy daughter,Lulu, enjoyed riding the golfcart to feed the ducks(except for the huge swan that traumatized Cooper). This was our second stay at one of Stan and Gail's properties. We were there for Bike Week 2010 again this year and hope to be back in 2011. You will not find a cleaner place in Myrtle Beach Area or nicer people than Gail and Stan. Send you to the best places to eat and any other questions about the area. Planning another stay this month for Fall Break with our grandchildren. Would highly recommend any of their vacation homes.

This was such a wonderful place to spend our vacation. The pictures do not do this lovely cottage justice. It was well stocked with linens and condiments. Our hosts, Stan and Gail, are very warm and gracious people. We will definitely be requesting more visits.

Our family has stayed in this same house for the past three or four years. The owners are terrific people and as far as we are concerned we will never rent from anyone else. The house is a great size for 5 people and the screened in porch is so relaxing after a day at the beach. We love it!!!
