The residence is situated in the privileged Marina Mazatlan community, the most exclusive, under development. The residence is situated in beautiful Marina Gardens along the palm lined Avenida Sabalo Cerritos adjacent to beautiful ocean front and waterfront high rises and gated private residential complexes.
LOCATION:
Located just north of El Cid and the Marina Mazatlan complexes, the house is nearby the fabulous 5-star Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay and Riu resorts, the El Rancho resort, the 360 Tower-luxury condominium, and Torres Mazatlan, Mayan Palace and Crowne Plaza resorts (and the soon to be completed: Escondido and Las Gavias residential towers.)
The house is walking walking distance to the famed Golden Zone. On your walk ,you can hop a a water taxi for a 1 minute ride across the marina channel nto the Golden Zone.
Immediately across the street in El Ranch Resort is "La Fonda" restaurant & bar with succulent seafood and dramatic ocean views and the new Crowne Plaza . There are three mini-supermarkets nearby. Enjoy an expresso at Rico's La Marina coffee shop or shop for fine wines at nearby Plaza Reynaud. Also a short drive away is the high-end shopping center "Gran Plaza" with anchor stores "Fabricas de Francia" department store and "Sanborne's" and the brand new "Mega Comercial Mexicana" and Gigante supermarkets And also only a 5-minute drive to the Golden Zone -which is full of restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

The house has over 1500 square feet of living space.
A chic, new European-style kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances: Bosch gas range, Mabe wall oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, disposal, granite counters and breakfast bar. There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is completely stocked with pots/pans, dishes, silverware, linens, etc., should you wish to prepare your own meals. Filtered water available at kitchen sink. Service patio off laundry room with laundry sink.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with spacious stall showers. The house is services with a pressurized water system so you have the luxury of great water pressure. There is also an Instant Hot Water system for your enjoyment.
The bedrooms overlook one of two sparkling free-form pool, with views of the setting Pacific sun from the Master Bedroom terrace and Queen Guest Room. The third bedroom with two twin beds a has spectacular water/Marina views, overlooks marina Mazatalan Golf Course and breathtaking views of the stunning Sierra Madre Mountains.
There are fresh linens and bath towels. Ample beach towels are also provided. The stylish living room and dining room open to private enclosed garden area with umbrella table and chairs.

House is situated in a private community, 24 hour-manned, gate controlled entrance. The spacious grounds of "Marina Gardens" are filled with gorgeous, lush tropical landscaping, lots of open space, two sparkling swimming pools, shady palapas, children's playground and shower facilities.
The house overlooks the 18-hole David N. Fleming golf course one of the finest in Mexico and one of the largest marinas in Latin America and the marina lagoon.
OTHER AMENITIES: Broadband wireless, Master bedroom has 52" LCD TV ( SKY satellite extra cost) Sky has channels in both English and Spanish and surround sound system. TRANSPORTATION:
Bus, taxi and "pulmonia" stand is across the street on the main boulevard Av. Sabalo-Cerritos directly outside the front gates of the complex. There is ample parking for you and your guests.
GOLF: Mazatlan's newest golf course is now open with 9 holes. Back half to opened Dec 2010. Open 7 days a week from 7 PM to 4PM. Price for 9 holes $60USD. Golf carts for rent @ $30 USD. Call for tee times or reservations.

I live in the beautiful "City of Roses", Pasadena, California USA. Home of the Tournament of Roses Parade. I purchased my Mazatlan beach house as a vacation getaway home. Once I retire I intend to live 6 months there and 6 months in US.
I lease the house when I cannot be there. I am very selective with whom I choose rent to. I seek only clients who would treat my house as if it were their own home.
You'll find the house well furnished and stocked with everything you could possibly need (not like a typical rental).

It was our pleasure to rent this home for a month. 'Marina Gardens' is an upscale gated community. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The pools, palapa areas and bathrooms are pristine. It is also a very quiet neighborhood. The house, "La Casa Del Mar," is very modern. The owner has spared no expense in making his home comfortable and inviting. It is tastefully furnished, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of closet and drawer space. The walk in showers have great pressure and there are plenty of towels and face cloths. The kitchen is a dream with top of the line appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook and entertain. There is literally nothing missing. The owners have thought of everything. The home is fully functional and very well maintained. We also loved having a full sized washer and dryer. The backyard is a great place to relax. It is landscaped and has a table, chairs, umbrella and a clean' "Weber" BBQ grill. It is private and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful. We appreciated the detail provided for check-in and check-out. They also provided a binder for guests with information on the house, the community and restaurants and tourism info on Mazatlan. It was very helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We took a 30 day getaway May 1, 2010 to have surgery in Mazatlan and were pleasantly surprised by this house...It is very modern. It looked exactly like the pictures. The owner is most accommodating and satisfied our entire request. The house was very clean and well-appointed, with a 55” screen in the master bedroom, and two other TVs with CD/DVD changers in 2 of the bedrooms. There are an abundance of towels in every bedroom. The pool is just across the street from the house actually you can view the pool from the two of the bedrooms. It is a wonderful location for adults with children. The concierge was very friendly and most accommodating. And none of the reviews I have seen so far mentioned the wonderful location right near the El Rancho Resort and the Torres Mazatlan Resort. We thought that it was a good value for the money. Buy the way, the security was tight and we felt very comfortable coming in late at night. You do not need a car. The bus or the open air pulmonias are right outside of the complex. We will definitely return and stay in this house, if it is available. Our family spent a relaxing 3 weeks at this beach house in Mazatlan. The owner did a great job making us feel comfortable booking and organizing our trip with him. Upon arriving we were greeted by a wonderful woman, the property manager, who spoke English very well and was able to answer any questions about the surrounding area and the complex. She was available to us the entire 3 weeks and we appreciated everything she did for us, she truly was a great help. The house was beautiful, clean, and roomy, it definitely exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the peaceful back yard and bbq'ing in the evenings. The lovely pool was literally in our front yard and the Golden Zone was just a very short bus or cab ride away. The beach's were beautiful, clean and just across the street. We had no problem slipping into "vacation mode". Thank you for providing us with a wonderful stress free Christmas vacation! We will definitely be booking again with you next year!

We found the house to be very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped with up-to-date appliances and accessories. The gated community where the house is located has two lovely swimming pools surrounded with nice landscaping. The location is handy to regular bus service (every 10 minutes} a short distance to the Golden Zone and good shopping at the 'Mega' store. The beach is a short walk across the street. It is very quiet day and night.

We arrived at the house and discovered a home away from home. Everything is well thought out and neatly organized. The house is located across the street from the from the beach and we spent hours walking along the shore collecting shells ... relaxing. There are many resorts near by if you want to eat out. This home is very economical and frees up for your money for refreshments when the temperature goes up. We recommend this house also because our concierge person there was so friendly answering all our questions.

"The property was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that the restaurant "El Rancho" was just across the street and had great food. The markets were all close by. It was very convenient to pickup and drop off the key with the security guard at the main entry gate. The swimming pool was beautiful and very clean. The kids had a blast swimming and playing in it. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your home."
