A one minute walk from the front door of the building will take you to one of the local favorite restaurants in the city or a great art cafe where you can sit and chat or read a book. Only 4 blocks to sandy beaches and the ocean front boardwalk.
The condo is a short walk to the blue line (3 blocks) which will take you from Long Beach to any major city in Los Angeles for a very reasonable fare - only $5 for a Day Pass. The Passport Bus (4 blocks) will take you up and down Ocean Boulevard for $.90 each way. City artists put on an art fair the second Saturday of every month - the shops stay open late to offer free snacks and wine. A local farmer's market takes place around the corner on Saturday mornings.
