The stately 1,394 square-foot floor plan features two bedrooms and a loft, two full bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, plus a lovely screened lanai. From there, you’ll have a terrific view of the first fairway of the exquisitely kept George Fazio Course.
If you’re looking to share your special Hawaiian experience with your loved ones, there’s plenty of room for all. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and the large second bedroom and the airy loft both have two twin beds. The recently remodeled kitchen, with its clean lines and elegant appearance, will inspire you to try your hand at cooking meals using the island’s fresh produce. Luckily, the kitchen comes fully equipped, with all of the cooking and dining implements you may need.
On those days when all you want to do is stay inside and relax, you’ll have plenty of entertainment at hand. There are three televisions with DVD players, and high-speed wireless Internet so you can “surf” (the Web, that is) with your own laptop computer.
Of course, there’s real surfing, too! If surfing is something you’ve also wanted to try but haven’t done yet, you can take lessons at the Turtle Bay Resort. Other water sports such as snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, and even fishing, are also available at the nearby beaches. Don’t forget “just plain” swimming, which is anything but plain in the clean, dazzling water – whether you’re at the beach, or at one of the three on-site swimming pools.
When you’re ready to dry off, the fun continues with golf at one of the nearby courses. You might even get to take lessons from a real PGA pro! If tennis is more your speed, the Turtle Bay Resort has private or group instruction, tournaments, and lighted courts if you want to get in a night game. The resort also offers helicopter tours of the island, hiking, and horseback riding, as well as activities for children, and a day-spa for the ultimate soothing and rejuvenating experience.
Get the most out of your vacation by learning first-hand about the rich history of the area. Visit the Polynesian Cultural Center, where you can take part in a genuine luau!
