Welcome to our Cedar Key Vacation home. Unit 9C at Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums is our home away from home. Nestled in Florida's Nature Coast on the Gulf of Mexico at Cedar Key, we are a "step back in time". Quiet streets, friendly locals, fine dining, locally owned and operated shops and art galleries await you. Come for the night, weekend, or a month, you will enjoy "Real Florida". Fishing, bird watching, kayaking and nature walks are favorite past times. Boat rentals, bike rentals and guided boat tours are available in Cedar Key. Please visit the Cedar Key Chamber of Commerce for a directory of local businesses and services.
Casa Verde will sleep 4, with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. Well appointed, you need bring only your suitcase. Cedar Key has a grocery and a book store in the event you forget something.

The Cedar Key Historical Society has a museum and a walking tour, and the St. Clair Whitman Museum is operated by the State of Florida. The Lower Suwannee Wildlife Refuge is a scant 15 miles, with hiking, fishing, and a "drive by car" tour. Cedar Key State Preserve, 6 miles east of Cedar Key, on SR 24, offers bicycling, nature and horse trails and picnicking.
Searching for space for a executive retreat, a family reunion, or planning your wedding? The Cedar Key Historical Society offers a meeting room accommodating up to 60 people, and the City of Cedar Key offers the Cedar Key Community Center (formerly the Lions Club) which can hold 200+, and has a full kitchen.
We would like to share the beauty and serenity of Cedar Key with you. Casa Verde is available for rent daily, weekly and monthly. Rental rates are $150 per night, May-January and $160 February, March and April. Weekly rates are $800 May-January, $900 February, March and April. Monthly rates are $2,400 and $3,000. All rates subject to 9% tax.

Why the Owner Chose Cedar Key
We love Cedar Key. After visiting Cedar Key for over 15 years, we found the perfect property for us. Right in town, we can walk anywhere. We are directly on the back bayou for bird watching, and only steps to the open beach.
Our condominium affords us the luxury of our second home, while allowing us the time to enjoy it.
Cedar Key is home to friendly people, small shops and some of Florida's best seafood.
Old Fenimore Mill has plenty of parking for our boat, and only two blocks to the public boat ramp. There is a small dock where we can tie up for those "oh honey I forgot the extra sunblock", or when we know the tides are not quite to our timing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Old Fenimore Mill has a pool, a spa, and plenty of boat parking. Only two blocks to anywhere, we can walk, stroll, amble, or if it is a really lazy day, we can rent a golf cart. We are one block to the City Park; our guests' children can enjoy the playground while we adults can sit in the shade of the pavilion. Bird watching only involves sitting up straight on the balcony; we are in the middle of the Cedar Keys National Bird Refuge.

We are a professional couple with real jobs in the real world. Cedar Key is our "getaway", our quiet place, our time together. We fell in love at Abaco, but are unable to fly back there often. Cedar Key is our new, only 2 hours away, romantic getaway.

Christmas 2009 was spent in this wonderful area. The amenities in this condo were wonderful and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated. Four of us spent a most beautiful holiday there and look forward to returning in the future. The views are spectacular, very private and serene.
