A Perfect Beach House is a large spacious gulf front house with upscale amenities. It is located on 75 feet of private beach on the beautiful Fort Morgan peninsula near The National Wildlife Refuge.
From the two beachfront master bedrooms, Wi-Fi access, 100% cotton sheets, down pillows, to the memory foam mattress pads you will find it "perfect" for all groups.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and room for everybody. The living area is large with tons of seating and a big LCD television and DVD player. The other 3 TV's and 3 DVD's are in the bedrooms.
The arrangement of the large 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, two bedrooms and two baths on each side of the house, gives plenty of privacy for snoozing or just getting away.
The airy house has a full width covered and open porch right on the beach for sitting and relaxing. The beach house also has a ground level full house shaded area for relaxing, eating, or playing in the shade. Beach toys, chairs, and floats are available for guests use in a storage room on the ground level. If you want to play or relax at the beach, with plenty of room to spread out, this is the house for you.
