WE HAVE MULTIPLE UNITS AND WILL LIKELY HAVE AVAILABILITY. We have 1st floor(#1107) & 7th floor(#2711) poolside units and a 9th floor(#2914) unit with gulf view. Please be sure to request poolside if that is what you are looking for. The pictures below are from our 7th floor unit, although all of our units are decorated the same. Please note, OUR CURRENT BOOKINGS ARE NOT REFLECTED ON OUR WEBSITE CALENDAR, since we have multiple units, so please contact Brigette for current availability. All of our units are LOCALLY OWNED AND MANAGED, allowing us the ability to respond quickly to any unforseen needs you may have during your stay. CONDO UNIT DESCRIPTION:
As you relax in our beautiful Junior 2 bedroom unit, you will find a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a twin with a trundle in the junior room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Soothing colors of modern blue and brown decor, give the unit a clean and contemporary feel. Our unit has 2 full baths, a washer & dryer, full kitchen with a complete houseware package, granite counter tops in the kitchen and master bathroom, telephone with voicemail, high speed internet access (must use Cat 5 Ethernet cable in unit; wireless access in lobby and pool area), and flatscreen LCD TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Additionally, a dvd player, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, towels and linens are provided, giving you all of the comforts of home.

You are sure to be amazed by the property's amenities, beginning with its truely one-of-a-kind pool area. The pool area is wonderful for kids and adults alike. It includes a lagoon-style zero-entry pool with five waterfalls, a heated pool, a hot tub, and childrens' area, including a kids' pool with umbrella waterfall and interactive fountains, and lush tropical landscaping. You may also choose to enjoy the complimentary state-of-the-art workout facility, playground, lighted tennis courts, or basketball court. For some relaxation, try out "The Royal Palm" luxurious day spa, a Starbucks coffee from "The Bean Trader" or simply lounge poolside and listen to the soothing music that emanates from speakers hidden within the surrounding landscaping. PROPERTY LOCATION:
Should you decide to venture away from the Palms, you will find that the property's location in the heart of Destin (1/4 mile west of Wal-Mart and directly across the street from Silver Shells Resort and the Gulf of Mexico) makes it conveniently located to many of the places that Destin is famous for. You may decide to spend the day at Destin's beautiful beaches, enjoying the sugar white sand and emerald green water. If so, take advantage of the free 3 minute shuttle ride to Henderson State Park, which runs from 8:45-4:30. Henderson is a beautiful park with boardwalks, covered picnic areas and restrooms directly fronting the beach. You may also enjoy one of Destin's main attractions, such as Big Kahuna's water park, The Track recreation center, Destin Commons, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, Silver Sands Factory outlets, Destin fishing docks, and numerous area golf courses. Perhaps you may want to finish your day with the perfect dining experience at The Palms' own Trader Vic's, Ruth's Chris, Landry's Seafood, The Back Porch, Capt. Dave's on the Gulf, or Marina Cafe. Why the Owner Chose Palms of Destin
We chose to purchase at The Palms of Destin Resort for several reasons. We knew The Palms' location would be convenient to fishing, shopping, restaurants,the Track, Big Kahunas and even Wal-mart for our guests. Most importantly, though, was the fact that the amenities provided are truely awesome for families. Having a young family, my wife and I wanted to own a place where not only our guests could enjoy coming and having fun, but we could too. The Palms of Destin fits the bill perfectly.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our 3 year old daughter loves the kids' pool and splash pad area, as well as the playground. My wife really enjoys laying out by the lagoon style pool, and I most enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. Also, on site, you can find a great workout facility, lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, shaded and grassy areas for lounging, and of course plenty of sunbathing areas. We really enjoy Trader Vic's, which is a unique restaurant located in the main check-in building.
The Track is a great place for children and parents. You will find go-karts, miniature golf, bumper boats, bumper cars, a game room and Kids Country for the younger children.

I have lived in Destin since 1986, and my wife has lived along the Emerald Coast of Florida since 1984. We really enjoy the area, so much so, that we started a vacation rental business in order to help other families take advantage of all the wonderful activies that the Destin area has to offer.
