Conveniently close and central to Southern California's major attractions, a mile and a half from Carlsbad's famous beaches, this private and beautiful home will "wow" you. Three brand new bedroom suites with top of the line Spring Air mattresses invite you to slumber in luxury and comfort. The formal dining room & the living room with it's gas fireplace are open and inviting. The Master bedroom suite features a bathtub for two, a separate shower and a King bed with gas fireplace and private lanai with a table for two.
Your guests will appreciate their queen sized beds with Spring Air mattresses and the joy of having their own TVs! The shared guest bathroom is next to these two rooms. The computer/printer/TV equipped office with it's sofa bed can double as a media room or 4th bedroom if required.
Beautiful, contemporary, clean and airy spaces that encourage conversation and relaxation abound throughout the house. If your family is anything like ours, you won't want to leave (luckily we offer long term leases too!).

- No Pets Allowed: Owner has asthma and allergies, cats are NOT okay, some dogs are okay only on a very limited case by case basis with non refundable $200.00 cleaning deposit.
- Not Suitable for Children: Not suitable for young children due to stairwell banisters, high landing and adjacent swimming pool.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Minimum age for rental is 21 years of age. HOA does not allow loud parties etc. This rental is ideal for quieter tenants.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Strictly enforced, owner has asthma and any smoking inside the rental will result in the complete loss of your damage deposit. Please smoke outside the house.
